Oh wow. What can I say. We booked this just a couple of days before arriving to make our journey to Gatwick a little easier. We booked a superior room with lounge access, and it came with a complimentary mini bar. The room was amazing and the bed super comfortable. The longe was excellent with a great choice of things to eat. Lots of wines and beers from 6pm. Our server, Margo, was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was also very good, hot and fresh.

Aravind absolutely nailed it. I’m pretty picky about steak, but he served one that was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and honestly better than what I’ve had at a lot of high-end places. You can tell he cares about getting every detail right. If you want a steak done the way it should be, he’s your guy.

Decent hotel, were in my opinion, everything is ok/nothing special. Check in ok, room ok, bed coffee and breakfast both ok. will stay here again, but only because of its location.

Islam is first class. We had the good fortune to have Islam looking after us in the Terrace. He was attentive, efficient and a thoroughly good conversationalist. He is a consummate example of discreet customer service at the highest level.

The lounge and its staff are great!

Lovely quiet hotel. We booked a suite and had access to the lounge where we were looked after extremely well by Alexandra and Sumalee. Never were our glasses anywhere near empty! Lovely selection of food which switched out at 8pm for cheese and crackers and desserts. I couldn’t fault the hard work done by the two lovely ladies in the lounge and will definitely go back again
