Staying over at the airport takes so much of the stress out of travelling. If you're going to do it, it might as well be here. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We informed them ahead of time that we were travelling for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a runway view and gave us access to the top floor lounge at no extra cost. They even left us a brownie as a welcome. We chose the option to park the car here, a no-brainer too I feel. They move the car offsite while you're away but it was back and parked up safely when we arrived home. The hotel itself is excellent too. Beds are fantastically comfortable and the rooms are nicely furnished. Additionally, the hotel is located adjacent to the North Terminal and it's possible to walk directly into the terminal through a covered walkway in about two minutes. Would 100% recommend and would 100% return.

We will definitely be back!

Great experience. We used this hotel for the first time on our outbound and inbound flight. Everything was great: lovely room, parking service. On return leg there was a mixup with our room: this was quickly resolved thanks to Sofie on reception and Gideon the manager. Great people! Margo in the lounge is also lovely person!!

Excellent stay. Rooms are lovely with comfy beds and great bathroom facilities including a large walk in shower. We enjoyed dinner at Vanda which is always good. The hotel staff go out of their way for you. A special thank you to Harish the manager and Velino who looked after us at breakfast. What more could you want. Thank you Sofitel Gatwick.

Corporate Christmas Party

We had our corporate Christmas party at Sofitel, Gatwick and Sadaf, and her team were amazing! They made the party run like a dream! Leading up to the party, Sadaf was always just a phone call away and was extremely helpful with our hectitic and odd demands! Once again, thank you to you all!!

Very convenient location and easy to find. The most comfortable of beds and good linen. Checking in was quick and check out also. Lovely person on check out name of Forough. She couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Nice food for dinner. I had the soup and my partner had the fish. Good wine selection and I was very impressed with the English sparkling wine. Hotel quiet and very pretty at this time of year and beautifully decorated for the Festive Season. Small little niggle was no face flannels in the bathroom. But I would certainly stay here again.
