My friend stayed with you and I joined her for dinner.. I can only comment on that! The restaurant wasn’t overly busy and to be honest the food wasn’t fabulous (we were compt drinks due to the humour being left of the sharing platter… and didn’t taste great when it arrived!) Complimentary drinks much appreciated The staff however (Holly and Sonny) were absolutely brilliant! Customer service 10/10… Polite.. professional and friendly! 🩷

Lovely service- young lady checked me in (blonde hair) very pleasant and friendly. Was very welcoming. Strong start to my stay. Quality customer service from Tim and Tom. Good laugh and provided me with plenty of information on the menu options. Nice to see staff engaging in conversation with customers and making people feel welcome. Good honest and down to earth staff. Great to see 👍🏼 Would strongly recommend to others.

Nice & spacious room. Food was was very good. The staff are very friendly especially Tom. Car parking is free once you enter your vehicle details into the computer at reception ......................................................

The hotel is quite tired but the staff are lovely and the food great. My steak was cooked perfectly. Staff are attentive and helpfully moved my room when the window wouldn’t shut. Rooms are clean and tidy and comfortable. WiFi works well too.
