Rooms are nice and service in the restaurant is very good. Good selection of food on the menu. Holly is great and always greets with a smile!

Refused to answer my question on my booking

Hotel deliberately dodged my question on car parking more than once. It appears that they charge residents for parking quite a lot but I couldn't get an answer out of them so safer to cancel a hotel that is dishonest with their booked guests.

Returned to the hotel for the first time in many years. Thankfully nothing had changed. Tim was very attentive and helpful.
