Excellent Hospitality and strategic location

Excellent Hospitality. From the 1st day we were happy with the excellent attitude from staff at reception, , during breakfast and room service. Mr Vik was very kind and professionally attended to all our requests during our stay at MERCURE Hotel. The cleaning of rooms was well attended , the breakfast was a full one with alomost an American style breakfast and facilities for preparing your eggs , pancakes were available. We have been very pleased to stay at MERCURE Hotel during Dec 2025. Sure we shall be back soon in 2026

I took my daughter to Paris for her 18th birthday. booked a privelage room and it smelled so awful of cigarettes. I asked reception if we can kindly be moved and they were unwilling to help. Almost mocked me so we had no option but to sleep with the window open at ~5 outside. When we left after 2 sleeps, the room smelled exactly the same as it did on arrival so I felt sorry for the new guests! Very disappointing for such a big brand hotel and would not be staying at a Mercure again.

Good for PSG

Stayed here as was working at the PSG stadium which is basically opposite the hotel.. Was bit worried after reading lot of negative reviews but wasn't as bad as expected..It's good location for stadium but not central Paris as bout 40 mins by metro which is a 8 min walk.Rooms definitely need revamping especially the carpet..Bathroom fine with powerful shower..Toilet is close to the floor but not a issue Ate at the hotel restaurant and was ok ..Tho we were very large group some got there steaks mixed up etc..Food was decent ..Breakfast is the usual mix of Hams Cheese bacon sausage and fry your own eggs ..Nice coffee and Orange juice..Lots of cakes and fruits..Would i stay again ...Maybe

Good facilities in particular the swimming pool and reception areas. The staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. The rooms very clean and towels replaced daily. Delicious food served in the restaurant. Would recommend.

4 * filth Our room was shabby and dirty, the carpets were stained, marks on the walls, wardrobe mirror smashed. Room service placed a chair on top of my shoes. Tea & coffee facilities were a joke. The room overlooked a another concrete building and when it rained the rainwater dripped loudly onto the window sill. The bathroom toilet was really low, great for kids, not so much for the average size adult. On the plus side, the shower was good as was breakfast.
