Friendly, comfortable hotel with rooftop pool

Lovely and air-conditioned room (the suite for 3 adults) on the 7th floor next to the pool, of which we made good use in the Paris summer heat. Staff were super-sympathique; nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent. 15 minute walk to the Port De Saint Cloud metro, Line 9, and a good selection of buses from there to central Paris. Ideally situated for Roland Garros and Parc des Princes. We had a great holiday - un grand merci.

Great hotel with a great buffet breakfast. The room and bathroom were spacious. However The USB port to charge was not working and the room price was expensive. It's close to metro train station to travel to other parts of paris. The hotel staff were informative. There was a restaurant with the hotel which had a limited range of food.

hotel is a 3 star. Pros....very comfy beds Plenty of towels and hot water Nice shower gel/soap Cons... no porcelain or glasses in bathroom Small paper cups instead👎 Do not provide milk in room No shampoo/conditioner Tea coffee supplies not replenished

We have just returned from a fantastic trip to Paris, with Johnathon and Riviera Travel. Which we booked through Westoe Travel. We found the Mercure Paris Boulogne well situated, close to bus and metro links into Paris. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I would like to mention Ludvik on reception who helped us with a couple of things. He was very helpful, friendly and efficient a credit to your team. Thank you.

Avoid Buffet Breakfast!!!

I regret to inform about my deeply disappointing experience at Mercure Paris Hotel. During breakfast at the open plan buffet, my family and I were horrified to witness a rat freely roaming around the cereal toppings area. Despite immediately alerting the staff, their lackadaisical response, merely attempting to scare it away, was appalling. Upon voicing our concerns to reception, the offered solution was to refund the cost of breakfast for our stay. However, this gesture proved insufficient, particularly over the Easter period when local cafes were closed, leaving us with limited alternatives, especially with young children in tow. What's even more concerning is the management's negligence in failing to promptly address the issue by closing off the affected buffet or restaurant area. Shockingly, breakfast continued as usual for other guests, disregarding the health and safety risks posed by the rodent presence. In light of this experience, I strongly advise to steer clear of Mercure Paris Hotel. Such disregard for cleanliness and guest well-being is utterly unacceptable.
