Great Stay

The hotel is in a great location - less than 5 minutes walk to the tram, and under 10 minutes to the Issy station that takes you to central Paris in just over 10 minutes. It also has a few restaurants close by. The room was small but fine for our requirements as we were out all day. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and varied. A special thanks to Jean-Paul at breakfast, as he was good company and very witty! One of my friends had a swollen ankle. We mentioned it to Jean Paul in passing. The next thing we knew he had sorted out 2 ice packs for my friend to help reduce swelling. Great service! I would stay here again when I return to Paris and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Reservations cancelled one sided weeks after booking confirmations!

Do not book this hotel on Expedia! When you book several hotel rooms on Expedia, they cancel them one sided with the reason "booking several rooms is a group booking and it's against our policy to do so on Expedia". This policy is not legal nor published on Expedia! Why would I not be allowed to book through individual bookings if I prefer this over a group booking? So this means that weeks after you make the bookings (me on 6/6), suddenly you get a one sided cancellation (on 20/6) and need to start looking for other options. What a stupid commercial strategy of this hotel as you consider all rooms have been paid for at time of booking! The reason you book through Expedia is to be protected against these horrible situations of one sided cancellations, but apparently not...

Room broken into within hours of arriving

We were there less than 2 hours, left for dinner. When we returned, out room door was kicked in. Woman at front desk seemed unaffected. Nobody ever offered to go up to look at door or room. Nothing was taken, however, we don’t travel with valuables either. We checked out and went elsewhere.

Great stay, basic hotel, just what you need Comfy bed but could do with better pillows Staff great, reception always open and they more than happy to help Room’s spotless, good for Paris links. Great for the budget traveller, would stay there again

Horrible stay - not suitable for business travel

There’s not a lot of good things I can say about this property. The air conditioning did not work, the shower ran hot and cold and there are ongoing building works. To top it off, the check-in experience was frosty and the hotel still haven’t sent me an email copy of my invoice - and I checked out last week. So for business travellers it’s null points from me. The only good things I can say is the bed was comfortable and it was a short walk from the tram stop. But I won’t be staying there again and I won’t be using Ibis fast check-out in the future either. I contacted Accor support and I have since emailed the hotel but still no reply. That’s the zero level of customer care I’m talking about.
