The service and staff were great and especial. Beautiful art deco style hotel that takes you back in time. The two pools inside and outside are big, clean and heated. Breakfast its sooooo good, lots of delightful choices. Amazing!

Nice hotel. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but the rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. The morning breakfast buffet had a lot of variety with tasty options There is a close metro station which made getting around easy.

I had been waiting years to stay at the Molitor Hotel after having read about it in Conde Nast Traveller Magazine. The story is that this used to be a place for everyone to go swimming in the summer and ice Skating in the Winter (!). After being left to decay it was brought back to life as a 5 star hotel and spa. I am sorry about my prejudice but French people can be not only rude but also not at all service minded. Upon arriving I felt I was having a bit of 5 star a bit of 2 star experience. The agent at Front desk was really friendly and concierge too. But they didn’t explain anyting about the 3 different restaurants, the in room dining nor the pool or the spa. Once I found myself at the spa I had to ask a cleaner to help me find towels and a Robe. Also, when asking about swimming goggles I was told ”we have one pair for guests but someone kept them”. Hello..? At a hotel where rooms start at 600 euro or so and which is all about the swimmingpools??? One pair..? Rooms are great size and very comfortable. The food was tasty and plus for healthy options. The hotel is Legendary. And I am glad I got to stay - but I don’t think I will revisit.

Recently, our family made a holiday from Canada to Paris, France. We made our stay at the Hôtel Molitor from 2 August until 10 August 2023. Our stay was outstanding from the start to the finish! We are a family of five people. Our children are ages 10, 15, and 19. The Hôtel Molitor was the most excellent choice, and our family's needs were met and exceeded during our stay in Paris. Even before leaving Canada, my questions about the hotel were answered swiftly and effectively by email communications with Fanny, who was attentive and complimentary. She confirmed my advance booking of a restaurant reservation with the Rooftop Molitor on our last night at the hotel—which is highly recommended as the restaurant was a popular site for guests and local people in the community and you can see the Eiffel Tower clearly! Upon arrival at Paris Charles de Gaul Airport, we were transported to the Hôtel Molitor in approximately 35 minutes with Easy Go Shuttle contact@easygoshuttle.com +33 6 59 19 82 87 / The reviews for this company were generally very good to excellent. We found their service and drivers to be responsive, punctual, and professional. Effective communications were made via WhatsApp. We also used Easy Go Shuttle services upon returning to the airport at the end of our trip. The service was a good choice as we did not wish to travel with our baggage by RER train and metro to and from the hotel. It would have been straightforward and feasible to travel by RER and the metro, but it seemed inconvenient with the size and bulkiness of our baggage. The cost with Easy Go Shuttle, with a tip for the driver, was 95 Euros in each direction—we were happy with the price and service. Not blinded by our state of ''travel tiredness,'' we were treated to the visual ambience of the Hôtel Molitor upon entry into the lobby. As many online articles about the hotel reported, the visual décor was a fascinating mélange of Art Deco, street art, carefully thought contemporary design details and an ever-present nostalgia. It is easy for guests to ''read'' the transformational history of the hotel and the architecture, design, artifacts, and fashion by simply ''taking in'' what each space invites guests to consider. The same is true throughout one's stay and meanderings through the hotel and through interactions with staff who generously share anecdotes and facts about the hotel, both past and present. The front staff provided a warm welcome, and our check-in was efficient. The bellhop was prompt and delivered our bags to our rooms. We booked two adjoining rooms for our stay using the hotel's website. The rooms were beautiful, immaculate, and exceedingly comfortable. Our view of the pool was so lovely. We were on the hotel's south side and could see the solarium and rooftop restaurant from our room. Each day, we indulged in a beautiful breakfast at the hotel. When booking online, we pre-purchased the morning breakfast for each day of our stay. This was an excellent choice for us; as a family of five, with two hungry boys aged 15 and 19 and a daughter aged 10, we started our days with a beautiful meal. The kitchen staff prepared an astounding assortment of fresh foods—cheeses, meats, fruit, nuts, bread and baked goods, hot and cold dishes, fresh juices, a juicing machine, and so much more. Each of the staff in the dining room was welcoming and helpful. They endured our limited French and kindly assisted every need. Miriam was often our server, and although busy with so many people each day, she always remembered our preferences for tea and coffee and prepared dishes from the kitchen. We did not tire of the breakfast, foundational to our days in the city. On our second day at the hotel, we met the concierge, Evita, who spoke with each of us and demonstrated a genuine interest in our family and our stay. Evita shared many interesting facts about the hotel, the building and local history, and several artists and their works. This conversation led to the reasons for our choice of Hôtel Molitor. Among the many points that guided our selection to stay at Molitor, my wife remarked she chose to research the hotel and then book our stay after seeing the Hôtel Molitor featured on two television programs we watch at home in Canada: Emily in Paris and The Parisian Agency: Exclusive Properties. Her detailed research about the hotel made it clear to us as we planned our trip that Molitor was a novel place to stay! My wife's and daughter's fandom of Emily in Paris was the basis of one of the memorable examples of attention to detail and client care/guest experience at the hotel. After returning from away, concierge Evita and her colleague, Célia, made a surprise ‘Emily in Paris’ display in our room for our daughter. It was remarkable to see the props they carefully put in place—a photo of ''Emily'' from the poolside at the Molitor scene, a customized clapperboard, sunglasses, balloons, and a handwritten card to my daughter signed by Evita and Célia. Within the card was a personal message and special invitation for our daughter to meet with Evita in the lobby as she arranged a special poolside photo session where our daughter could be ''just like Emily'' at the Molitor with a special drink, sunglasses and a relaxing time on a chaise-longue. Evita took the photo and delivered the picture to our room a short time later. This was a thoughtful and extremely kind way of making a dreamy stay for a little girl who felt like a movie star at Hôtel Molitor! As tourists, we planned to do something touristy each day (catacombs, Louvre, Versailles, Tour Eiffel, boat cruise, and Arc de Triomphe), followed by time to wander and take in other surprising finds as we made our way around the city. Although slightly away from the city centre, Hôtel Molitor was an excellent option for us as a family. Located on the east edge of Boulogne-Billancourt, we found the neighbourhood to be very safe as it is situated in the southwest suburbs of Paris. Approximately 600 metres from the hotel was a convenient metro stop—Michel-Ange Molitor. We used this stop daily; lines 9 and 10 were our daily launch points. We found the metro suitable and efficient for our needs. We did not need a car at all and the price-point for tickets was great. The specialty of the hotel stay was, of course, the pool and poolside. During our visit, the days were sometimes somewhat cold, with sun and cloudy and periods of warmth. That said, we found time for the pool. As a family booking a hotel, the access to the pool was remarkable in a city like Paris, where many hotels do not have the space for such a luxury. After a day in town, the pool was a great way for everyone to have a refreshing splash in the evening. Our stay at Hôtel Molitor was excellent from booking to departure.

What an amazing art deco style hotel. The pool inside and outside, unlike anything you ever saw before. Takes you back in time, but with all the luxury. The service and staff were great and especially Miriam who was our host during breakfast was so charming and wonderful with us and pur children. Amazing!
