We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by the key card issues during your stay. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially having to return to reception multiple times. Please note that magnetic key cards can be quite sensitive and may become demagnetised when placed near mobile phones, credit cards, or other electronic devices.
