Dear Stefanie Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and for your kind comments regarding the welcome you received. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall. We would, however, like to clarify our breakfast service approach, as guest comfort remains very important to us. When breakfast is approaching its closing time, our team always informs guests who are still dining that the service will be ending shortly and asks whether they would like anything further before the buffet closes. This is done to ensure that guests have the opportunity to enjoy anything else they may wish before breakfast concludes. In practice, we do allow a short grace period beyond 10:00am so that guests can finish their breakfast at a relaxed pace. Regarding table clearing, our team collects used plates to help keep tables clean and comfortable, allowing guests to continue sitting, chatting, and enjoying their time without having empty or used dishes in front of them. This is intended to enhance comfort rather than create any sense of urgency. That said, we are sorry if this process felt rushed during your experience. Your feedback is appreciated and has been shared with the team to ensure we maintain a warm, relaxed atmosphere right up until the end of breakfast service.
