For the price paid, this place offers much better conditions compared to other options in London. A special thanks to Patricia for keeping our room spotless every day and being so attentive to the details. The room is clean, spacious enough, and located in a quiet area. I highly recommend it and will gladly come back.

Easy to get to from the station. Very comfortable clean room and got an excellent night’s sleep when I needed it. Nice well cooked good value food. Friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would definitely stay here again. Highly commended.

Stayed in the hotel while attending Strictly. It’s literally across the road from Elstree Studios. Great hotel, fabulous staff, exceptionally clean, nice bedroom with shampoo, body wash and tea and coffee. Very comfortable bed with two lovely pillows each, Had food in the restaurant before the show. Pizza and Nachos. Piping hot and tasty. Breakfast is available but didn’t choose this option, Highly recommend a stay here,

I thought the team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Service, information and friendliness couldn't be faulted. Ate 2 nights in a row and both were excellent. Saw the team deal with awkward and difficult guests with skill and humility. Treat your hospitality workers better people.....they are only human and doing the best they can.

Ibis has everything I needed, is a good hotel with very clean room,comfortable bed and a lot of coffee and tea,spotless bathroom,fresh towels and good smell. The staff is nice, the hotel is near the center.I strongly recommend this hotel :)
