I ve been staying in this hotel many times as it is really convenient if you work in the kings cross area. Rooms are really comfortable. There is a really good gym with many options to exercise. The breakfast and food for dinner in general were good. Really friendly staff also as Raul.

Foreign Object in the bed

We checked in late on 2/11 after a great day in London and soon in bed. Woken at 3am by husband finding an object in the bed between the sheets. We think it may be an ear defender or airpod type object with hairs on it. Clearly the bed had not been changed from previous client. Having no desire to move rooms in the middle of the night, removed the object and was expecting a full apology and refund in the morning. Frankly speaking we have never experienced this happening and pretty shocking - photo below Next morning, whilst to be fair, team were apologetic, offered us 50% only refund for our inconvenience because we didn't ring and request room change in the middle of the night - really!! We'd already slept in the bed for some hours so seemed little point the damage had been done. We certainly didnt sleep well after that event but who wants to chase rooms at that hour? Am frankly amazed that the hotel deemed it not appropriate to fully refund on this basis - this would have perhaps encouraged me to give them another go - now it's a definite never again..

I had to cancelled my booking following illness. they refused to deal an another date or a credit. i ve lost about 200 thousand pounds, even. i proposed to pay the extra charge. Maybe pullman but no customer service at all. disappointed. Last time with them.

Excellent hotel location just a short walk from St. Pancras where we were catching the Eurostar very early. The lovely staff at the front desk were amazing! They arranged a cake for my daughter's birthday and made her feel so special with some candy at check-in too. Ordered room service and the person who took our order and brought our food was super helpful and kind, and went out of their way to get us some items for our daughter. Just a super staff at the Pullman! The hotel room was lovely, large and very clean, and we had a very nice view of the city. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed at the London Pullman St Pancras a number of times and it has become our ‘go -to’ hotel when visiting family in London. It is very conveniently located a few minutes a walk two either Euston or Kings Cross stations and right on many off London’s major bus routes. For exercise it is only a 15 min walk to many of the major museums and attractions and is right adjacent to the British Library. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom very good except for the slippery shower floor but a mat is thoughtfully provided. It is quiet and the 3 lifts work efficiently. Housekeeping is by and large good but variable - the Nespresso coffee machine is a treat but some staff don’t know the difference between the different pods - we very often had all pods replaced with the Decaf blends and if, like me, you need a decent coffee to get going in the morning, Decaf doesn’t do it. The bar and restaurant areas are very pleasant and the staff amazing. There are too many to mention but they were all great - thank you Haneen, Jose, Dorothya, Marketa at the desk, Denis and his porter colleagues - all were exceptional. The breakfasts are very good and the restaurant food otherwise fresh and tasty. A great place to stay and we will keep on coming back to the Pullman.
