We stayed here for one night in May 2024 as a stopover before getting on the Eurostar. It’s only a few minutes away from St Pancras and Kings Cross which makes an early start from Eurostar a far less stressful experience than rushing in on a train from Kent and hoping to get timings right! The hotel is lovely and quirky downstairs, with a little area in the reception which looks like it turns into a stage with DJ, a music themed workspace and tropical neon decor in the restaurant (all of this is open plan on the lower floor). The room was nice and clean and spacious, although the bathroom was a little cramped. Staff were lovely and the food is delicious - we didn’t eat in the hotel that evening as we had reservations elsewhere but the breakfast had a fantastic selection. I wish I could have tried more but I tend not to eat too much before travelling so there was a fair amount I definitely would try next time! There is even an ability to order drivers through the All Accor app which we found invaluable going to and from our dinner reservation. Definitely returning to stay again for our next trip to Europe.

Room was good size and very clean. However, couldn’t have the window open because of the 24 hour noise directly outside, even on a high floor. Staff were very professional and friendly and didn’t look as though anything was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful, lots of variety. Excellent location with three main train stations within short walking distance.

This is really a mixed review... The room had a very weird layout, hard to explain, small room, a self than ran from one side of the room to the other. The room showed a seating area, but there really was not a seating area. Bed was good Mattress was very good. I would give the room itself a "C" Location was excellent Restaurant was excellent Breakfast Buffet was one of the best I have seen.

Just a wonderful hotel with outstanding service. 3 stays over the last year and, hopefully more to come. Sandra, and her team, are outstanding and a credit to the hospitality industry. We just love this hotel, its location, and it is next to St.Pancras Station!
