My husband, mother-in-law, and I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman London St Pancras. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was outstanding and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. At reception, **Sonia** and **Mark** set the tone for our stay. They were incredibly professional, warm, and guided us through a seamless check-in process. They explained everything clearly and made it all feel effortless. At the restaurant and during breakfast, we were looked after by **Tamara**, who—even though she is relatively new—treated us like regular guests. She is young, professional, attentive, and clearly has a bright future ahead in the company. **Jagoda** was also brilliant; she handled our bill quickly and remembered us the next morning at breakfast, which made us feel truly at home. **David**, at the door, always greeted us with a smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him, and his positive attitude really stood out. We also want to mention a **night-shift gentleman at reception** whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch. He spoke with my husband regarding a small incident in our room, which was resolved promptly. He was incredibly apologetic and helpful, even though he had no involvement in what happened. Not only these individuals, but every staff member we encountered contributed to a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made our stay special. Thank you all for such wonderful service. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in an excellent location—just a short walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras stations. Breakfast was amazing, and the lunch we had was delicious and well worth it. I highly recommend the Pullman London St Pancras and would happily stay here again.

A terrific check in from Shav who was very friendly and efficient. The room was amazing with a terrific view of the city . It was extremely clean , comfortable and everything in place for a brief stay . Jupsha was amazing and her standards are very high indeed . The dj made the evening her choice of music was excellent . She is a real asset to the hotel .

Don’t bother to drop in for food before midday if you miss breakfast!

Met a colleague in the busy foyer (nowhere to sit) so went through to the GA Restaurant/bar which is very pretty. At 11.30, they were not seating anyone as some hoovering/mopping was underway (seriously, in central London!?!) eventually seated, coffee ordered but NO FOOD until after midday as that’s when the kitchen opened despite them advertising ‘Brunch’ on their menu - all very confusing! Food oversalted & served with incorrect sides. Staff lovely but a very weird set up for a hotel that is by two main transport hubs. Missing a trick here?

For clarity, our breakfast service runs from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, and the restaurant reopens at 12:00 noon for lunch and brunch service until 4:00 pm. The short interval between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm is required for our team to clean the area and prepare the kitchen for the next service.
