Quirky design, brilliant hotel door and reception staff, great location on the doorstep of Kings Cross and St Pancras. We all said they were the comfiest beds we've slept on. Would definitely stay again if the price were right. Didn't try the food as so many places to eat out - had a fantastic breakfast in Grangers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Hotel in St Pancras. The location is absolutely ideal — central to everything, with excellent transport links and surrounded by plenty of great places to eat. The staff were consistently friendly and professional. It’s clear that guest comfort is a priority here. Our room was well-equipped, and very comfortable — everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and great service in the heart of London, we highly recommend the Pullman St Pancras.

We had a deluxe room on the 11th floor. The check in was smooth and friendly and the room was lovely. We appreciated the gesture for my forthcoming birthday. Drinks in the bar were nice, beautiful decor and my Berry Me Lavender cocktail very tasty. The shower was very enjoyable but the highlight has to be the bed and the linen. Looking forward to our December stay.

When I last stayed at the Pullman St Pancras in 2023, it was a very disappointing experience, and I vowed never to return. I did return, but only because of its situation next to St Pancras station. I had to catch the Eurostar early the next day. To my surprise, the hotel has been completely transformed. I received a very friendly and helpful greeting at check-in; everything was processed very smoothly; and I had a totally enjoyable stay. This is mainly the result of a new manager, and staff who could not be more efficient and helpful. Gaetana (Tanya), the Guest Relations Manager, should be singled out for her professional service and friendly welcome. In future, the Pullman St Pancras will definitely be my first choice for a hotel in London.

Stayed at the Pullman half a dozen times over the last couple of years and have three stays booked this year (first this weekend). Always had a pleasant experience, staff always friendly and helpful, check ins done online and easy on arrival, fast check outs, rooms always clean and tidy with comfortable beds (do prefer the mattress in the Novotel hotels however) and breakfast has always been good quality. It's become our go to hotel for frequent trips to the capital with a great location close to St Pancras and Kings Cross. As a loyalty member quite often receive an upgrade which is always appreciated too. Looking forward to what will be my second stay this weekend.
