Had a great stay at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre. After a long flight from London, my 18-month-old son fell sick late at night. I requested porridge around midnight, and the staff kindly prepared it immediately and did not charge us. All the staff were extremely kind, caring, and professional. Truly appreciated their support during a difficult moment. Highly recommended.

Ajay and Rakesh are courteous and willing to get us the right choices from the menu the way we would like to have it. In winter a hot tea with crossiant and idli with ginger chutney was my favorite. Quinoa salad with fresh mango pieces... something new I tried too my combo
