Very happy with the staff at Novotel convention centre, Hyderabad, who very efficient and very helpful during the event... Executive Teja and team (Vamshi, Rushikesh) managed the arrangements on mark and Chef Valli did a great job with the menu and dishes !

I loved my stay at the Novotel Convention Hyderabad. On the day of my check-in, Naina, the guest relations executive, called me and asked if I needed anything, and was very generous and made me feel more confident about my decision of staying at Novotel for this occasion. As per my request while booking my stay, Naina took care of decorating one of the rooms I booked for my parent’s anniversary. After checking in, Novotel had also arranged a small cake to celebrate this special occasion. The food was delicious and the hotel amenities were amazing. I would like to thank Naina and all the Novotel staff for making my stay and my parents anniversary a wonderful experience worth treasuring ❤️
