We had a 3 night stay at novotel hicc hyderabad. From check in to check out exceptional hospitality. They made our stay very nice. Special thnks to MR bhavesh . Duty manager Mr Sumit and Palavi mam at reception. And MALLICK and Jessica in the restaurant. Thnk u again will definitely come back again and would expect similar hospitality Their breakfast buffet spread is superb.

We went there with the girls group, kashmir food festival was going on the food was very tasty and buffet spread was very large, staff was very polite, we mate Chef OM Prakash, he was a great gentlemen, he has a very good knowledge of food and a great hospitality nature,love to talk with him, overall services was very good, and food too.

I am overwhelmed with the hospitality of the hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was like home. The hotel staff were very cooperative and helping. They did go out the way like standard protocol and arranged for early morning fruits and beverages because my wife had a ahoi fast. We got the room upgrade to mini suite. It was very cozy and large. The breakfast menu is very exhaustive and delicious. The check in and check out process is swift. Overall 5 rating stay and I would recommend everyone to stay at this property.
