Nach 3 Nächten mit der Familie im Novotel kann ich mich nur positiv äußern. Tolles Zimmer, super Service, freundliches Personal, Pool und Kidsclub für die Kinder waren toll, Frühstück war sehr gut.

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern angereist und waren overall zufrieden mit dem Hotel und dem Zimmer. + Die Lage + Die Größe des Zimmers (wir hatten ein Stockbett noch dabei für die Kinder) + Die Küche im Zimmer + vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet -Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war nichts besonderes. Wir haben in den Pool und in ein Haus des Nachbars reinschauen können. -Frühstück: leider keine Laktosefreie Variante vorhanden - großer Minuspunkt: das Einchecken. Wir sind um 08.00 Uhr angekommen und mussten extra dafür zahlen, damit wir früher unser Zimmer verwenden konnten, OBWOHL es ohnehin schon verfügbar war. das kenne ich so von anderen Hotels nicht. Overall für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (wir waren 2 Nächte) war es in Ordnung.

Regarding the room view, as our hotel is located in the city center and is not a high-rise building, views may vary depending on the room type. Only selected room categories offer pool or city views, while others may face surrounding buildings. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of lactose-free breakfast options, and we will take this into consideration as we continue to improve our offerings. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer hätte ein kleines bisschen sauberer sein können (Spiegel und Nachtisch waren nicht sauber). Ansonsten war alles Perfekt! Bequeme Betten, super leckeres Frühstück, toller sonniger Pool, vor allem für Kinder! Super freundliches Personal bei den Kinderaktivitäten am Pool!

Hotel ist ok. Unser Familienzimmer war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der spielebereich für die Kinder ist sehr sparsam. Ein bällebad und eine switch. Wir haben auf Anfrage ein Blatt zum ausmalen bekommen. Alles andere kostet extra. Die rutsche am Pool war das Highlight. Der Pool liegt aber am Eingang zu beiden Häusern im eg.
