Wallah Amazing. Muhammad Asim is a very good manager. Very helpful and dedicated. Our family enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere and the food were varied, fresh and excellent. All the team is hospitable. Clean and tidy environment to enjoy your food

Hotel was superb, specially the new renovation room. Special thank for Mr Ahmad Badr who always make me feel home in Pullman zamzam hotel and the rest of their team as well. Mr Faruq Syaban the manager of Lobby Lounge Restaurant on p11, a nice guy whom always shared the positive behavior to all his guest, hat off for you faruq. Will back for sure .. !!

First time staying at this hotel and certainly won’t be the last, insha’allah. Stunning views of the Ka’ba, very clean rooms, friendly & efficient staff at check in after a long flight with poorly mother & 3 young children & even accommodated our request to check in early! Breakfast is a huge range of delightful food to choose from, with very good coffee. Can get very busy, understandably, so god time to go before 9am. The housekeeping staff are fantastic at what they do, & we really appreciated their hard work after my boys were abit messy. The hotel lobby serves the best coffee and everyone we spoke with, had such a professional and policy way about them. I wish I had stayed with the same chain in Medinah but insha’allah we will definitely be back. Thankyou so much to all the team for making this blessed trip that extra bit special.
