Well located ; Standard not met. Bathroom drainage where we stayed should be fixed. Water and bubbles coming out when taking a bath. Duty manager claimed this happened when using too much soap. Not a good excuse. As I am a tiny lady who just took a quick shower after a long trip. Had the Duty manager apologised, I would have accepted an apology. However, he insisted on his alibi. Although he eventually transferred us to another room (mobility room, apparently the only one left available). Drainage should be fixed. I paid for my stay and I deserved to be satisfied. Not a good place to promote.

All was great during our two night stay and would stay here again. The staff was helpful, positive, and friendly. Like it that the Ibis hotels we've stayed at on the trip had self service laundry.
