Dear Sir V., We thank you for taking the time to share your opinion following your stay in our hotel. Regarding the temperature problem in the room, our heating system is general. This means that either the entire hotel is in heating mode, or the entire hotel is in cooling mode. Unfortunately, we were not spoiled in terms of weather for the month of April and the beginning of May. It was still quite cool, and when you visited we were still in heating mode. We are waiting for the weather to stabilize before we can turn on the air conditioning. We understand that in mid-season, depending on the customers, some may be more or less hot. Stayed here on our drive to the south of France. The weather was very hot that day but the air conditioning wasn’t on. We were told they either have heating or air conditioning and as the weather had previously been cold they still had heating. We slept with the windows wide open but there is a very noisy road next to the hotel so we had traffic noise. In the plus side, the hotel is dog friendly the room was clean and the buffet breakfast was very good.

We liked the hotel for our 1 night stay on a longer trip through Europe. The rooms were nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. The parking lot was big and for free. Reaching Lyon center by car in 15min while entering next morning fast the highway to continue our trip was just right.
