We are pleased that you found our location convenient for your work and that our evening meals met your expectations. Furthermore, our staff takes great pride in offering friendly service, and we're glad this was evident during your stay. The comfort provided by our Sweet Bed by Ibis is something we are proud of, and it is also rewarding to hear that you had a satisfactory sleep. However, we are concerned to hear that our breakfast selection did not live up to your expectations. We strive to offer a variety of choices in our American Breakfast Buffet, and we regret that we missed the mark during your visit. We will take your feedback into consideration as we continuously work to improve our offerings. Nonetheless, we hope that the overall value and service at ibis Luxembourg Sud were to your liking. Dear Moram, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you found our rooms clean and appreciated our convenient location just off the A3 highway, close to various business hubs and the Luxembourg City center. However, we regret to hear that you experienced difficulties with our parking facilities. We strive to provide ample parking, and guests are welcome to consult with our reception for assistance should they find the public parking lots full. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and appreciate your understanding. Additionally, we are sorry that our bar was not open during your visit. Our bar is designed to offer a relaxing space and light meals, and we are looking into your feedback to ensure our services are consistently available to our guests. Finally, we are pleased to highlight that we offer competitive rates for our region and include amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk, and the Sweet Bed by Ibis designed for your comfort.
