Funky, fun and great place to stay

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Luxembourg. It’s well located in Luxembourg and is right next to a tram stop too. The hotel has a fun, modern design and you’ll enjoy your stay from start to finish. Friendly reception staff and a good restaurant. The in house bakery is a great touch. The rooms are comfortable, modern, stylish and well furnished with a great bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. Accor Platinum members note though that this hotel doesn’t offer you a free welcome drink even though you’ll receive vouchers in the app. This is a bit weird and should be addressed by hotel management.

Clean, modern hotel in luxembourg. The decor is....interesting. I dont know that it needed the writing all over the mirrors, or crazy masks on the lamps! but it was a clean nice hotel. They have alot of merch available in the reception, and obviously keen to sell it. Lots of facilities, offices, locker storage, quiet rooms, restaurants and cafes. Tram stop close by with free transport into the old town.

I love Mama too!

Mama shelter has been my go-to place to catch up with friends, family and colleagues for quite some time now. Whether it’s a Tuesday night dinner with some clients, or a bustling Friday night at the bar. There’s always a relaxed atmosphere and a great crowd. Paired with super friendly service, lovely food and an urban-chique style, it’s without doubt the place to be most days of the week! PS. Mama Shelter’s door men deserve a special mention, as their respectful, correct manner surely elevates the entire experience. And I am not just saying this because even my 70-year old parents complimented their gallantry after they stayed at the hotel recently!

Very good hotel for Lux visit

It’s a fun decor with clean, funky, energetic spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms and a nice bar on the top level complete with a 8 person foosball table. The free and frequent shuttle near the hotel takes you to the city center and key sites in short time. I’d like to mark it a five, but the staff service level and attitude is aiming a little low, making it an uneven experience relative to the intended vibe, taking guests too much for granted. The decor goes so far, and at this hotel rate you also expect a satisfying service experience.

This is really overrated. Ate here several times, but not satisfied. Very plain food and really nothing special at all. Bit of everything, brasserie style, from Italian to French salads. Waiting time is long as well, I was not impressed at all.
