Decent hotel, good location, friendly staff. Size of the gym room could be bigger, it will be really crowded there, if more than 3 people decide to attend at the same time. Children's play corner is also very small, but it is ok, since it is more business hotel than family one. Check in and out is fast and hassle-free.

Room is great for two. Check in and out were swift. Location is near to hbf, 1 bus stop away. Wonderful sleep

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the city center, and the room had a large TV. However, there were some cleanliness issues—the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected, with visible toothpaste dribble from the previous guest, which was disappointing. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work well, so the room felt stuffy at times. Staff on reception helpful.

This is not representative of our usual high standards, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough cleaning procedures are consistently followed. Additionally, we acknowledge your discomfort with the sofa bed and the air conditioning. Our rooms are designed to maintain temperatures between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius, with manual controls available. For future stays, we offer extra fans upon request to help regulate room temperature. Nevertheless, we are delighted that you found our location convenient. Situated just a 15-minute walk from the city center, our hotel provides easy access to Luxembourg's main attractions. Fab place to stay for exploring Luxembourg

A great place to stay as a family if you are looking to explore Luxembourg City. It's a really easy walk from the train station. The staff are very friendly and wonderfully helpful. We opted to upgrade our room which was clean and well set out. The rainfall shower was brilliant and I could have stayed there all day.. Being on the first floor made it also super easy with the kids who could easily head up the flight of stairs to the room. The kids games given to them on arrival were a big hit. Thank you. The breakfast was lovely and a very good selection. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night which was nice and good value for money. The staff went out of their way to help me get food when one of our kids was too unwell to sit in the restaurant. Lovely customer service with staff speaking French and English. In our room we had a fridge and they provided a bottle of water which was nice. There are some shops a small walk away but you might wish to pick up drinks or fresh milk when you are out and about. A great hotel and one we would definitely stay again in.

Overpriced and under equipped

The hotel was ok. Firstly it cost £400 for 3 nights so you sort of have an expectation that it will be good quality. When we checked in we had to wait over half an hour. The queue was huge by the time we were done with the 2 staff either taking their time to check people in or unable to cope with the demand. Not what you want after a long flight. The room itself was a good size with plenty of space. 90 odd channels on the tv and I managed to find one English Channel from them all. The bathroom was nice enough with toiletries and there was tea/coffee in the room which was welcome after a long day. The bed and pillows are poor at best. I woke up every day with a bad back and the pillow was so small, I might as well have slept in my coat. The room was clean and it did the job for a city break. I’ve stayed in worse but I’ve also stayed in a lot better for the price.
