We visited from August 22 - 24, my wife, our son, little dog and I. From arrival in reception, we were blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The whole weekend was made so enjoyable as a result of this, with staff finding ways to accomodate our little dog at breakfast and dinner. The room was spotless, (highly recommend getting an executive room on level 5 for a little extra) with a complimentary minibar included and super comfy beds. We have stayed at several diffent hotel in Luxembourg in the past, but will definitely be returning here from now on.

Spent two nights here. The staff were welcoming and provided lots of useful local information. As we were inter railing we selected this due to the proximity to the train station. Although it is a bit of a walk to the trams and city, it is great for accessing the old town. The room was spacious with loads of storage space.

Seamless check in, reception staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Tom and Amir, in particular, went the extra mile - which assisted the whole process.

Wonderful accommodation, situated perfectly for first time visitors. Brilliant breakfast available in the morning. Our room was perfect for three of us.

Definitely will return, thanks to Pauline in housekeeping for the immaculate cleaning, Catarina at the reception for her wonderful simple easy directions. In fact the entire team were exceptional. Only few little comments would be to remove the breakfast posters as it makes it a bit confusing. First morning I didn't get to enjoy a full breakfast because I thought the breakfast finishes at 11 am as the poster display states 😲. Upon asking at the reception I was told that timing is on weekends 🙂. Week day it finishes at 10 am. First night my husband ordered asparagus soup but it didn't taste like asparagus soup, tasted off. Food i suggest eating outside there are plenty of restaurants walking distance from the hotel.
