The staff were great, really helpful. In particular Leo and Vita. Comfortable beds and great location. We felt safe under the lockdown rules. We ordered food from the kitchen to collect from reception which worked well. However it was limiting only being able to order from the 24hr menu at 6:15 in the evening.

I spoke with Fernando a few days before my stay and he was brilliant over the phone changing my stay date. I was told I’d be able to check-in early on arrival. I was not disappointed. Fernando was brilliant. The remaining staff were also very nice but I didn’t get their names.

Clean, quiet, everything you need is to hand. Staff were brilliant on both my stays here. Cannot do enough for you. All COVID rules adhered to. All our requests met. We were lent champagne and wine glasses and cutlery. Fabulously run hotel.

Great location,staff very friendly. Good value for money,room nice. Bathroom very cramped and on the small side, but fine for a night. Told we would get discount on parking and handed my ticket over,when I went to put the ticket in the machine the discount didn’t work!

Good location maybe the wrong weekend to stay

We was kept awake all night by a woman screaming and naked outside our door ! We also had a number of ambulance police and security stood literally outside our door making a lot of noise until 4 in the morning ! We politely spoke to a member of the hotel about moving rooms and she gave a very disgruntled option of how to move rooms with no actual outcome as she didn’t seem to bothered.

Beds so hard. Moved room. A little better. But decided I would not prolong stay. Too uncomfortable. Room very hot. Air con not working. Open window abs noise from drunken revellers kept us awake. Not good.
