We went from downtown Four Seasons hotel to Manly Pacific and it feels like a big step down. Service is was mediocre, rooms are ok, view (on ocean side) is amazing, Bistro restaurant is very poor, … $450 mistake on the invoice which was refunded with no issue. Overall experience was very average

Pool has No shade

The hotel itself is lovely and the Italian restaurant downstairs was fantastic. But I was really disappointed that the pool had zero shade options despite being in the full sun for most of the day - no umbrellas at all. This meant that we couldn’t use it which was a real shame.

Hotel fully renovated good offering. I have stayed here almost 10 times but this was the first time since the full renovation of the rooms and pool on roof, and they have done a good job. Still a great place for a staycation if you live in sydney.
