Great location for footy but not up to usual Mercure standard.

Only change noticed since it was rebadged from a Travelodge is some very small cosmetic changes to foyer. While the staff are great, rooms have stains on tiles and generally need updating. Would only recommend staying there when Manly are playing at Brooky at is location is close to that and the club and pub.

Currently we are creating a scheduled piece for the team to focus on the removal of stains within the bathrooms and ensure they are up to scratch. We are also replacing all corridor and room carpets along with the curtains within the room. These works will be carried out over the next three months. Convenient location, clean and well appointed rooms. We had three rooms over three days for the State Surf Championships and found the beds comfortable, rooms quiet and showers hot with good pressure. Not overpriced but felt a $20 per night parking fee was s bit over the top. We will definitely stay again next year. Breakfast available from 6-30am and Manly Leagues a 50 mt walk. We would have given 5 stars, but no pool … but still very good .

Good hotel in a quiet street

It's tucked away in a quiet street just off Pittwater Road. It was a self-check in, but there is someone there 24/7 and we had no issues. Coffee, snacks e.g. toasties are available and were tasty. The room was a decent size size and comfortable. and there was plenty of spaces in the car park. The downside is that it's $20 per night. If you're an Accor plus member you get a free drink.

This hotel now has an automated check in on a machine . There is a staff member to assist. Felt very unwelcome by Celia who could not crack a smile . Alfred is always lovely and helpful and welcoming . The room was fine , quiet and clean. What happened to a hotel offering hospitality and making you feel welcome . I hope this isn’t the way of the future and Celia is in the wrong job . Very disappointed

This is not a good hotel. The air con in my room did not work despite setting it to 16 and on high fan. The shower was luke warm at midnight! The hotel wasn’t very clean. Overall this place is not worth the money. There are many many better places than this to stay. Avoid it.
