Une attente à l'arrivée due au fait que le système de check in via le client ne prenait pas ma cartée crédit qui fut pris un instant plus tard à la réception. Une propreté des chambres (notamment les salles de bain) qui n'est pas au standard. J'ai été privé d'eau chaude pendant deux jours et ai dû me doucher à l'eau froide ayant été assuré que la réparation qui devait intervenir le lendemain aurait réglé le problème. En fait il n'en fut rien. J'ai dû changer de chambre et transférer seul tous mes bagages.. Le petit déjeuner est d'une médiocrité déconcertante! Une bouillie visqueuse à base d'oeufs est proposée. Des saucisses ultra sèches qui cohabitent sous cloche avec quelques tranches de beacon très grasse. Des beignets de pommes de terre désagrégés dont ont ne pouvait se servir que par morceau... Au final; ce fut une expérience médiocre pour un pays qui affiche un haut niveau de développement

Mercure Hotel Sydney Manly Warringah on Victor Road in Brookvale - off Pittwater Road, with such a great location, has lots of to catch up with nowadays hotel standards. There were lots of ants in the room and when we complained in the morning, instead of appology, we were told why we didn’t complained earlier, so they would’ve sprayed the room (and we would’ve slept in the toxic environment). The bathroom set up is inconvenient, there was no sufficient room to place our toiletries. Also, the aircoditioning was turning itself from hot to cold all night. 2* only for the location

A good basic hotel. Has a sleek modern fresh appeal. Rooms are a nice size & have all the necessities, safe, bar fridge, iron etc. Bathrooms adequate although not spotlessly clean. Bed & pillows were comfortable & most importantly clean! Lift seemed rather slow & noisy. Staff were welcoming & helpful. Check in & check out was a breeze. Biggest disappointment was the $20 requested to park in their car park overnight, when there is ample free parking in the streets. As a northern beaches local if the price is right we’d definitely recommend to our visitors.

Very disappointed. Shower leaked from the fitting, previous persons hair on bathroom floor- could tell floor was mopped spreading hair instead of picking it up, felt unclean in general- needs a good scrub, mould in shower. The bathroom generally dated but with good clean it would look a lot better. The room was noisy from air conditioner unit and neighbours. One good feature was the fluffy towels.
