L'hôtel est propre et chic, bien situé même si la ville est à taille humaine tout peut se faire à pied, l'intérêt particulier de l'hôtel est la facilité pour aller en voiture visiter la ville de Heidlberg.

« L’accueil du matin a été très froid. En quittant l’hôtel à 6h30, j’ai dit bonjour avec le sourire mais aucune des personnes présentes à la réception ne m’a répondu, ce qui était assez surprenant. Il faisait également beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre et le chauffage semblait impossible à régler. Enfin, même si l’hôtel est propre dans l’ensemble, la moquette est très tachée et donne une impression de saleté, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce niveau. »

Superbe accueil! l'hôtel est très propre, et très bien agencé. Le parking à... 19 euros est un peu cher quand même :-)
