Dear Mr. C., thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I am truly sorry that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the impersonal welcome you experienced. A warm, attentive and personalized reception is something we consider fundamental, and it is clear that we did not deliver this in your case. More importantly, I deeply regret that your room was not serviced after the first night. A full waste bin, unmade beds, unchanged towels and uncleaned surfaces are absolutely not in line with our standards. The fact that this happened without any apology from our side makes the situation even more disappointing. Please be assured that this matter will be addressed directly with our housekeeping and reception teams to prevent any recurrence. I am pleased to see that you appreciated the breakfast and that the booking process and check-out were smooth. Nevertheless, these positive aspects do not outweigh the inconvenience you experienced, especially regarding cleanliness and service attitude.
