The hotel is clean and renovated, the personal are very welcoming and professional but there is no door communication between two rooms of family booked , also no fridge in the room. breakfast is approximately good as a normal and Standard. they can do better.

I have extended my stay, frome one week to two. So, still here, while visiting friends in Mannheim. This is my second stay at this hotel and I feel very at home as I have become very familiar with the surrounding neighborhood and services.

The room was definitely not clean. Dust all over the floor. The restaurant was closed (once again).
