I had a really nice stay for my 50th but there were a few tiny things the hotel could have improved. The shower gel in the room was completely empty when I tried to use it, but the staff did replace as soon as I asked. Reception staff very helpful and the room was amazing, they also made a lovely fuss of my birthday with a slice of cake and a card in the room. Unfortunately the restaurant food wasn’t amazing. The steak tartare wasn’t seasoned enough and yet the croutons with it were really over salted. The mango and chicken salad was so slimy I left half of it. That said the steak sandwich I had in the room was excellent. The hotel ambience was really nice and the decor stylish and generally I really enjoyed my stay, just a little room for Improvement.
