Had a classic room and was not disappointed. Room large and clean. Would say if you can be on floors above as traffic noise busy first thing in morning. All clean and very friendly staff. A good nights sleep and that is the main thing.

Great hotel for business use. Plenty of quiet areas to work in where service comes to you. A little pricey for what was a standard room for 1 but when you factor in the location it kind of makes sense. Staff is super friendly, very welcoming which is rare these days, especially the lady at reception (Vasela) who was very helpful with all my needs, and I had many! The food in the restaurant was amazing and again the waitress (Sigita) was very welcoming. Only real con ironically was the air con, which seemed to not cool down the room at all. Will absolutely be staying here again!

I stayed here with my parents, my husband and 2 young kids. My parents had stay in the Deluxe room, and it was very spacious with a great view of the city. I had stay in the Superior room, with a second double bed and second TV for the kids. Super comfy bed! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Located right in front of a bus stop that goes directly to all famous sites in London city. Overall, great experience and will definetly stay here again whenever we visit London in the future.
