Perfect location, food was excellent and the staff were very helpful and sociable. I stay here for work and find it the quietest hotel in central London (great when you are here on work and need an early night). I would have given a ten but there were no biscuits in my room with the tea and coffee. As I checked in quite early I can let this slide :-)

Nice Hotel, and the staff were fantastic from Dave who met us at the door the bar and catering staff and reception,all were fantastic if you do the on line pre reception process then it’s very fast check in when you arrive rooms ( we had two) were great and a few minutes walk to the Eurostar

Ideal Stopover for Eurostar

We stayed here for one night in May 2024 as a stopover before getting on the Eurostar. It’s only a few minutes away from St Pancras and Kings Cross which makes an early start from Eurostar a far less stressful experience than rushing in on a train from Kent and hoping to get timings right! The hotel is lovely and quirky downstairs, with a little area in the reception which looks like it turns into a stage with DJ, a music themed workspace and tropical neon decor in the restaurant (all of this is open plan on the lower floor). The room was nice and clean and spacious, although the bathroom was a little cramped. Staff were lovely and the food is delicious - we didn’t eat in the hotel that evening as we had reservations elsewhere but the breakfast had a fantastic selection. I wish I could have tried more but I tend not to eat too much before travelling so there was a fair amount I definitely would try next time! There is even an ability to order drivers through the All Accor app which we found invaluable going to and from our dinner reservation. Definitely returning to stay again for our next trip to Europe.
