I used to come regularly before Covid, but they could not tack me as a returning and loyal customer. I am a gold member, but no upgrade was offered. Not the hotels fault but I was woken up on a Sunday at 5am by clients who decided to throw their after party in the corridor. …. Not even offered some points because of the disruption. Sunday service for breakfast was average. They were barely polite. Quality of service used to be better. Especially given the increased prices….

A modern and stylish hotel on the inside. Friendly and efficient staff at reception and the bar and restaurant. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and very quiet. Great nights sleep, enormous bed. Restaurant was very busy for breakfast but the staff kept on top of the queue and got everything organised. Only a few minutes walk from Euston and St Pancras Station, scenic 25 min walk to the West End and 40 min walk back from SOHO which was perfect after a big meal and a load of wine.
