Situated near the King's Cross and St-Pancras station(s), this if of course a great starting point for visiting all parts of London. In the hotel itself we enjoyed very much a nice room with a great view, and a fantastic breakfast buffet. But the bar is quite noisy, in particular because of horrible music (according to our taste) : continuous synthetic sounds with a stupid beat under or above it...

Stayed two overnights before travelling on Eurostar from St Pancras. So convenient. Classic rooms are small but bed is super comfortable and amazing sheets. Breakfast buffet exceptional.

Stayed many times (pre pandemic) - location obviously great … reception was slow at check in, the rooms feel run-down and the club vibe in the lobby is just annoying (loud music most of the day)…. And breakfast was bare minimum

Staff were outstanding,Mark & Tanese could not do enough for us. Food in dining room was well presented,tasteful & staff very hospitable. The taxi situation was terrible,they could not get into the hotel due to a new bike lane & it was impossible to flag a cab at anytime,very stressful,suggest to guest to use Uber or Addison Lee.

It was my first stay at this hotel and as a Preferred hotel for our company, I expect to be back more often. I had heard great reviews about the hotel from colleagues, but have to say, I was a bit disappointed. The rooms were not as I would have expected for the rating of this hotel, very basic. I had issues with the toilet and the sink in the room, and this was late at night, so you can understand whey I didn't report it until the morning, as I knew it would involve changing rooms. The one huge advantage is definitely the gym helped by the fact it's Technogym equipment and the gym isn't located in the basement, and it has 24h access. On check out, when I told the staff of my issue with the toilet and sink, they were very understanding, and I had complimentary breakfast.

Our stay started with a friendly greeting from your very helpful doorman Paolo. From there on it was great service. I would also single out Eduardo on reception for whom nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed several meals in the restaurant. The gin selection was also amazing. Our room was clean and very comfortable and quiet. Overall a very enjoyable stay and when back in London will use the Pullman as our base.

We chose this hotel for its modern look and location. We stayed in many pullMans before in australia but this was the worst stay by far. Kettle was faulty - kept boiling and didn’t stop boiling, handle became very hot. Asked for replacement but then lady on the desk sent the kettle to the wrong room. Waited more than one hr for the kettle - needed for baby formula milk. When I informed the lady on the desk she sent up a kettle but the kettle was temperamental it only worked in some sockets and then didn’t work again when we tried to boil it, had to use the socket in the hallway by the lamp. The air con did not work either in our room 412z we only stayed 2 nights so didn’t want to make a fuss. We informed the guest relations manager on departure who was lovely and addressed our concerns. Just unfortunate we had to endure this.

The power in one wall of my room went out intermittently for days until eventually permanently causing the phone to beep non-stop with a warning "out of range" because the phone dock was receiving now power. Often this would happen during the night while I was sleeping and wake me. I slept poorly most nights due to this, in addition to only having one outlet to use in the room which was over by the entrance door and not convenient for working at my desk.

Just spent 3 nights at Pullman London St Pancras. We upgraded to a deluxe room before arrival and unfortunately after starting to unpack we found that the safe deposit box and the air con were not working! The technician could not rectify the air con fault and we ended having to repack and move to another room on a lower floor (the original room was on a high floor with good view). Other than this hiccup the rest of the stay was enjoyable. The deluxe room was clean with a spacious toilet. The rain shower head and Nespresso machine were a treat. My request for late discharge was granted without any fuss. Counter staff were courteous. Overall a pleasant stay. Would have given 5 stars if not for the 1st room hiccup!!
