The hotel is in a great location, the staff were great but the rooms are tired and grotty for the prices you’re charging.

I spent almost every year for my birthday in Novotel Queenstown. But I never get surprise or upgrade like others Novotel in others country.

I was thrilled to be upgraded to a room with a view. I was sick nearly my whole stay so having a good view was amazing. The rooms were nice and clean and free from excess dust. I also LOVED that you can chrome cast to the tv. Rooms are a bit outdated now (especially the bathrooms) but still functional. Bath soaps and stuff smelled amazing. Larger milk containers would be useful. Also it was a little annoying that the beds roll around heaps, would be good to put the breaks in them before guests come.
