The rooms are really small , don’t expect being able to fit 3 people in the rooms comfortably. The hotel is located in a great place but that’s is the only thing going for this hotel. Stayed a week in this hotel and couldn’t have had more uncomfortable experience. Had to pay an extra 20 dollars a night for a fold up bed that was lodged in between the DOUBLE bed and the window.

Fantastic stay with staff who remember you, your preferences and take it upon themself to make the stay memorable. Celebrated my birthday during my stay and was surprised by a bottle of wine and a dessert plate in our hotel room - thank you team Novotel Queenstown

It was okay, I was suprised that there was no acknowledgment of being a member upon arrival or during stay. I had received a mail offering upgrade but couldn’t give me the twin beds required. However at no point at check in or again was it acknowledged. I asked for support booking transport and despite having 3 people at the activities desk - still sent me away with very clear information.
