I ordered room service breakfast and it had a lot of things missing. No yogurt, croissants juice or tea. No butter and no knife to spread jam on my toast. I used a soup spoon. I couldn't be bothered complaining as I was alone in the room with a fractured kneecap

A nice 3 night stay, very handy to town yet quiet. Room was comfortable and the housekeeping/servicing of the room was excellent. Expensive but that's Queenstown in general.
