Staff were excellent in every way. We stayed with you for 3 nights. The lift non operational and my wife had just had surgery for 2 new knees but we could not be transfered to a wing with a lift. So struggling up and down to room 426 was very difficult and painful for her. We could not get movies or sport on our tv but were told we could watch sport in the downstairs lounge. I followed all instructions to “Chromcast” a movie via my mobile phone resulting in the tv jamming every time. This was most unsatisfactory.

Stayed 3 nights, it was a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good location. However felt that the $50 daily parking rate was a bit steep.

Perfect location for getting around inner Queenstown by foot and then easy launching point for exploring further by car. We had connecting rooms as travelling with two small kids and one his worked really well. The rooms are a little dated but when travelling with kids it was fine. The breakfast although convenient was very average. Hot breakfast wasn’t well cooked.
