Well located, nice place, wonderful people. But bathroom and room furniture are deficient.

I like staying there because it is close to my job. The reception people are always great, very gentle and helpful. The room, however, has poor furniture. There is not appropriate place for placing closes and luggage. The bathroom has been a problem in every stay. One time there was no other. The shower is alway with very low flow. Towels are always so worn out, shameful for such a hotel brand. Last time I had a problem with the toilet, it simply did not work. This hotel has maintenance management problems.

Needs to have better pillows and breakfast at 6am.

Experience with Ibis is great for its standardization. You know what to expect and in general you get what you expect. Ibis Liberdade comes with a "plus". The palace area for breakfast, working and socializing is very charming and cozy. Nevertheless, I had issues with the shower, as the Hotel had a water problem. When water returned, only cold water was available, taking over 6h to get the hot water running again. As I had a family event and couldn´t wait, I had to take a cold shower, that was very unexpected and uncomfortable.

The reception team is extremely attentive and dedicated. I am always very well taken care of. I highlight Nathalia and Alexandre, but there are others who are very attentive, unfortunately I didn't remember their names. I always receive extremely good service.
