Prima hotel met comfortabele kamer en het echte Sofitel bed. De prijs is echter wel aan de erg hoge kant. Een standaard ontbijt zoals in elk 4 sterren hotel kost hier 40€, dat is echt veel te duur.

Uitstekend ontbijt. Comfortabele kamer. Als goldmember V. Accor ben ik echter in betere hotels geweest. Online inchecken niet mogelijk met de voordelen als Accormember. Geen "Niet storen"-label in de kamer. De hoofdkussens bieden te weinig steun. De receptiemedewerkers zijn weliswaar vriendelijk maar passief/ weinig behulpzaam en hebben geen kennis over de bereikbaarheid V. de bezienswaardigheden in de stad. Ze spreken geen Nederlands, toch een officiële taal in België, en slecht Engels. Een luxe hotel in de hoofdstad V. Europa onwaardig.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our location, the quality of our breakfast, and the comfort of your room. However, we are sorry to learn that certain aspects of your experience, particularly the service at reception, the absence of some amenities such as the “Do Not Disturb” sign, and the lack of online check-in options tailored to members, did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that your comments regarding members training, language skills, and your valuable suggestions to improve our service and sustainability initiatives have been carefully noted. While our reception team does include Dutch-speaking colleagues, it is possible that the members who assisted you was not able to communicate in Dutch at that moment.
