Geachte heer V., Hartelijk dank voor uw loyaliteit en voor het delen van uw feedback na uw recent verblijf in onze suite bij het Sofitel Brussels Europe. Het doet ons plezier te lezen dat u uw verblijf als comfortabel hebt ervaren. Tegelijkertijd wil ik mijn oprechte excuses aanbieden dat uw ervaring deze keer niet voldeed aan het niveau van verfijning dat u van ons gewend bent. Het ontbreken van de turndownservice, de Neuhaus-chocolade en de welkomstattentie is zeker niet representatief voor de standaarden die wij nastreven, vooral voor loyale gasten zoals uzelf. Uw opmerkingen zijn zeer waardevol en we zullen ze gebruiken om onze procedures te verbeteren zodat uw volgende verblijf de hoge verwachtingen volledig zal overtreffen. Wij hopen u binnenkort opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen en u een verblijf te bieden dat zowel comfortabel als verfijnd is, zoals het hoort.
