Heel mooie kamer, schitterende badkamer. Zeer lekker ontbijt, doch persoon ontbijtruimte kris kras door elkaar en geen overzicht er ontbreekt duidelijk een leider, koffie op de kamer prima, koffie bij het ontbijt niet lekker. Ontbijt zelf zeer lekker.

We are delighted to read that you enjoyed your beautiful room, the stunning bathroom and the overall quality of our breakfast. I am, however, truly sorry for the aspects of the breakfast experience that did not meet your expectations. You mentioned a lack of organisation among the breakfast team and an absence of clear leadership in the room. I have already informed our Restaurant Manager, who will reinforce both supervision and coordination to ensure a smoother and more attentive service. Regarding the coffee, I am pleased to know that the coffee in your room was to your liking, but I regret that the coffee served at breakfast did not meet the same standard. This comment has been shared with our Chef and Beverage Manager, who will review the product and preparation process to improve consistency and quality. First of all, I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the shower temperature fluctuating from hot to cold. I have immediately informed our Technical Manager, who is already looking into the issue to ensure this does not happen again. You also mentioned a long waiting time at the bar. I completely understand your disappointment, especially during a celebratory stay, and have discussed this with our Bar Manager, who will reinforce service efficiency during peak moments. Despite these inconveniences, I am delighted to read that the warm welcome, the comfort of your room, the cleanliness and the attentiveness of our team contributed positively to your visit. Prima hotel met comfortabele kamer en het echte Sofitel bed. De prijs is echter wel aan de erg hoge kant. Een standaard ontbijt zoals in elk 4 sterren hotel kost hier 40€, dat is echt veel te duur.
