Er was een brand maar het was complete chaos. Bovendien was mijn badkamer onderwater, had ik geen water en geen elektriciteit in mijn kamer. De dame de dag erop was wel zeer behulpzaam maar dan toch de volle fee aanrekenen is er compleet over. We zijn nochtans regelmatige klanten.

Heerlijke ervaring, ze vinden het echt belangrijk dat je een fantastisch verblijf hebt. Welkomsdrankje, gratis upgrade en heerlijke chocolaatjes lagen klaar op de kamer. Tijdens mijn afwezigheid in de avond werd de kamer klaargemaakt voor de nacht. In een woord fantastisch!
