Hotel is goed gelegen maar vergane glorie. Het personeel sprak geen woord Nederlands en bezetting was niet voldoende dus lange wachttijd aan D. receptie.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the long waiting time at reception, as well as for the issues you encountered in your room, notably the leaking tap and the condition of the mattress. We fully understand how this can be frustrating and uncomfortable, especially during a short stay. Regarding your remark about the language, we truly understand the importance of being welcomed in your own language. Some members of our team do speak Dutch; however, as Brussels is an international city, our team is multilingual and English is spoken by all staff to ensure clear communication with guests from all over the world. Nous avons séjourné pour la première fois début décembre à l'hôtel Louise début décembre et notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'hôtel en plein coeur de Bruxelles et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel sans exception. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons d'ailleurs réservé à nouveau pour notre prochain séjour fin février 2026 à Bruxelles.
