Cher Monsieur v. O., Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience à la suite de votre séjour au Le Louise Hotel Brussels - Mgallery Collection. Je suis désolé de lire que votre séjour n'a pas répondu à vos attentes et qu'il vous laisse une impression aussi négative de notre établissement. Concernant votre premier point, je comprends votre déception de ne pas avoir pu être accueilli en néerlandais. En tant qu'hôtel situé à Bruxelles, nous nous efforçons de servir nos clients dans les langues nationales ainsi qu'en anglais. Je regrette que nous n'ayons pas été en mesure de répondre à cette attente lors de votre arrivée. Concernant la demande de carte bancaire à l'arrivée, permettez moi de vous préciser qu'il s'agit d'une procédure standard appliquée dans la grande majorité des hôtels partout dans le monde, y compris lorsque le séjour a été réglé à l'avance. Cette préautorisation sert uniquement à garantir les éventuelles dépenses effectuées durant le séjour et ne reflète en aucun cas un manque de confiance envers nos clients. Je comprends néanmoins que cette procédure ait pu vous laisser une impression différente. Enfin, concernant l'accès aux escaliers, je vous remercie d'avoir attiré notre attention sur ce point. L'accès à certaines cages d'escalier est effectivement soumis à des dispositifs de sécurité conformes aux réglementations en vigueur. Soyez assuré qu'en cas d'urgence, toutes les voies d'évacuation sont parfaitement opérationnelles et régulièrement contrôlées. Cela étant dit, le dysfonctionnement rencontré lorsque notre collaborateur a tenté de vous ouvrir la porte n'est pas normal et nous allons vérifier ce point avec notre équipe technique. Je regrette sincèrement que ces différents éléments aient entaché votre séjour et ne vous aient pas permis de profiter pleinement de l'expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à chacun de nos clients.
