We are pleased that you appreciated the welcome from our team, the quality of our service, and the location and setting of our hotel. However, we regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the recognition of ALL Accor Gold members, the possibility of a room upgrade or late check-out, and the comfort of our rooms in relation to the rates charged. Cher Monsieur v. Bien cordialement, Adrien Saelen Front Office Manager
