I was staying at the hotel next door but came here to use the spa and pool. Lovely spa and great facial. Very helpful receptionist, Sara. My mum had her hair done twice by Said who was brilliant too!

The hotel is blessed with great location but the overall stay was not worth the money - and we unfortunately decided to opt for a suite. We were very disappointed with the overall experience, particularly: - check-in flow: no clear information on basic stuff like breakfast time, where it was served, use of Spa, restaurant options, use of beach etc. - room service extremely slow we had to ring multiple times and wait way too long - complimentary mineral water was constantly missing and we had to ring to get it delivered, coffee pods not refilled - safe ran out of battery and we had to wait over an 1 hour to have someone in - suite wasnt insulated, could hear noise from room above us - chaotic breakfast room, no waiter/waitress attended us the first 2 days and we had to ask for table to be cleaned, napkins, cutlery. It's also full of smoke and bad smell as there are no extractor in the crepes area - la plage restaurant very poor food choice and no difference between lunch / dinner (also a staff member was very rude to us saying tables were fully reserved in the indoor area on the 4 January evening for the Morocco football match and then she was going around inviting other guests to move inside as tables were available) - New Year's Eve dinner was very disorganized, not worth the money - Spa is in bad conditions, hamman and pool look outdated and dirty. It's also disgraceful that hotel guests are charged for access to the pool and Hammam. Hammam wasnt working and we had to go back 3 times before they would come, check and fix it. We booked a couple massage and we were in different rooms and had to flag to beautician I had another treatment after the massage - beach is quite dirty and not well kept - on the 4th January afternoon the sun came out but no staff was around to pull sunbed cushions and towels - guests were self-servicing and no towels in sight for over 30 mins - check-out staff was rude when i was asking for some cost explanation, didnt offer to get luggage picked up from our room, didnt ask if we needed taxi/transfer - concierge seem very laid back, didnt give us right info for Tagazhout transfer (he said 15 mins and 150 MAD, turned out to be 30 mins as per google maps and taxi driver was very upset but still accepted to drive us for 160 MAD considering we were given that info) - corridors were left with water and slippery - no warning sign On the positives: - some staff were very nice but overall they seem to be lacking proper training - fresh patisserie was very good - location is very good - room was good but suite is not worth the money

The hotel has a great location and the property itself is nice, but the overall experience was let down by several service issues. Staff seemed to lack proper training, and the buffet food was disappointing. We even noticed that the roast chicken from the previous day appeared to be reused with sauces added, which raised concerns about freshness. Room service was also below expectations — we had to repeatedly request basic items like water. The room was clean, but there were no coffee refills or water provided without calling reception multiple times. Additionally, the room was quite noisy, as we could clearly hear people walking in the room above. The spa is not worth the money! This hotel has potential, but the service and food standards need significant improvement.

This didn't really feel like a 5 star property - the upkeep of the resort was lacking. The bedroom light near the bed for example came off the wall completely when we tried to switch it on! Breakfast room is pretty dingy and very chaotic in the morning (the pastries were excellent though) Kids club is really a toddler club - hardly anything to keep slightly older kids entertained Heated pool was nice
