A very clean hotel that is very close to the city center. There are a million things to do there so being only a short walk away is exceptional. Also very close to car rentals and the train stations! As an American, the staff is comfortable speaking English as well.

The receptionist was really helpful, providing us with a map and suggesting places to eat and see. The room was lovely. Clean and very spacious. The toilet was in a separate room to the shower/bath/sink. Being a family of four this was really convenient. The king size bed was really comfortable, there were then two single beds made from a sofa. The location of the hotel was great, it took us five minutes to walk to the centre from the hotel. We struggled to park due to the size of our campervan but there is plenty of parking available for regular sized vehicles.

Stayed here for two nights with our two small children. Checkin was okay, but the lady at the desk was not doing her best to je friendly. Luckily we would encounter other members of staff what were. Room was nice and spacious. Airconditioning was either not working or not that good. It was very hot for two days (30 degrees plus) and our airconditioning was blowing full speed on 5 degrees and our room was still hot. The bed was very good though, so we slept good. My assumption is that this hotel used to be a business building as the room design had some interesting tweaks but also some flaws. The bathroom was built on an elevated hard plastic floor. Although we (and our children) liked the Bath, the shower had a design flauw which saw all water flowing under the shower door and on to the bathroom floor, rather than in the drain. I liked that the toilets were separated from the shower. Also, the Nespresso machine was leaning. But it was very handy to have a small sink and drive around with small children. Breakfast was basic but decent. Before our arrival, I asked by email if was possible to have breakfast for takeaway as we had a trip to Paris by TGV. This was no problem. When my wife asked on the day, the same unfriendly lady who checked us in, behaved as it was a very difficult thing to do. She demonstratively got up and got a white cardboard box for us. When we checked out we could leave our luggage. Staff on Monday were very friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay. Very convenient location. A lot of parking spaces around. Stations and Vieux-Lille within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is literally across the road from Lille Europe where I caught my Eurostar back to the UK having arrived from Paris Nord to Lille Flandres which was about 10 minutes walk. The room was very comfortable and really HUGE! Own coffee machine as well as a kettle etc and I could have slept in the bed for many hours!

This is an extremely well placed hotel, right next to Lille Europe station, and about 10-15 minutes walk to the Grand Place. The rooms are very big, and very quiet. The beds are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are large too. Coffee machines are provided. There is also a good continental buffet breakfast provided. There are restaurants in the city centre, and also in the mall (Euralille) situated 5 minutes away. Staff were uniformly helpful.
