Really nice and clean hotel! Travelled solo to Lille and was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. Room was on level one, comfy spacious bed and very large shower space. Breakfast was continental, would have liked to have been able to boil eggs for breakfast, but other than that, no issues. Enjoyed a pizza on one of my evenings, which was lovely. The hotel is situated around a 15min walk from the old town, Lille Europe station (I took the Eurostar which was handy) and the Westfield shopping centre is right next door to the station!! I would definitely come here again!

Amazing little find in lille. Such a warm welcome Bertille was our receptionist. She was friendly and helpful. Its our first visit in lille. Room was very clean and nice . Breakfast is good plenty of choice We stayed in room 207 our maid yongtsu was so helpful and cleaned the room very well. Definitely will return here

The staff were brilliant. Luis checked us in and had great knowledge of the local area. Bertille (sorry for the poor spelling) was very insightful about our journey home the next day and ordered us a Taxi for the following morning. Myself, my wife and 8 year old daughter found the room to be superior to what we had in London 7 days previous at a much cheaper rate. We appreciate everything during our 1 night stay.

The hotel is well sited for the train station and to be able to walk into the centre of Lille and explore. We weren't sure what to expect because Ibis in the UK has not impressed us in the past. However our room here was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed except a kettle (but that is fairly normal on the continent). Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and with a wide range of choice. Whilst the gentleman on reception when we arrived mid afternoon on Friday 21st April was brilliant. Happy, friendly and welcoming we didn't find the same on Saturday or Sunday. They were a bit more indifferent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return if in Lille.

Good, No Parking!!

Stayed for one night, clean, quiet and comfortable. In the booking page it said with parking but when I arrived i was given direction to the nearest car park which I had to pay for. Not happy. Breakfast was adequate.

Bonjour Merci de vos compliments ! Pour le parking, vous avez sans doute lu trop vite : sur le site il est indiqué "parking privé payant à proximité". Le nôtre est trop petit pour prendre des réservations et se rempli au fur et à mesure des premières arrivées. Nous ne l'avons même pas indiqué sur le site, il n'a que 6 places... Il est également payant d'ailleurs, aucun parking n'est gratuit au centre de Lille... Mais nous sommes en plein centre, et le plus judicieux si vous voulez un parking gratuit, est de vous garer dans les parkings relais - métro gratuits, en périphérie proche, et de venir ensuite en métro. Dans ce cas tout est gratuit, et ensuite pour visiter Lille depuis l'hôtel, tout se fait à pieds car tout est proche. A bientôt !
