While we are pleased to hear that our staff were welcoming, we regret that there were certain aspects of your experience that did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that they did not sufficiently answer all of your questions; we constantly strive to equip our staff with all the necessary knowledge to assist our guests. Concerning the bus stop's location, we understand that the walk can be inconvenient, especially during colder days, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the city's infrastructure. It is also unfortunate that the metro's route did not align with your travel needs; we usually recommend the bus for a more direct and faster connection to the city center. We acknowledge that our lobby's size may not meet all guests' expectations for a gathering space and we take this feedback seriously. Moreover, we note your concerns regarding the immediate vicinity of the hotel and the pricing. Our pricing reflects the prime location and amenities we offer, and we regularly review our rates to ensure they are competitive within the market. We hope that you will return on another occasion.
