Our check in time is at 14:00 hours and it should be possible to allocate a room from that time on to our guest when arriving. My sincere apologies for the fact this was not the issue. 除了酒店的位置可以,其他就没有什么值得点赞了,房间太小,房租价格过高,自助早餐的食物太简单,酒店接待人员的服务还算热情。

地理位置絕佳,就在中央車站旁邊,但晚上睡覺會聽到火車進站的聲音及煞車聲,睡眠品質不佳,就算從2樓換到5樓也一樣,浴室水壓不足,沒有熱水瓶要跟櫃台借

簡單乾淨.但空調不夠冷.不知是否因為為冬季原因!盥洗備品較少.早餐樣式沒有變化!

Dear HUNG TA C., Thank you very much for staying at ibis Amsterdam centre, and for taking the time to tell us about your experience. Im happy to learn that your overall stay was pleasant. However I'm sorry to learn the temperature in your room was not comfortable to you. Unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning, and the system can only cool or heat for the whole building, according to outside temperature. My apologies for any inconvenience. As for toiletries and such, these are standard for all ibis around the world, being the three star chain within the Accor hotels group. However we can supply you with some extras from reception. As for the breakfast, we try to put together an all you can eat buffet including different hot and cold items and some typical dutch spreads and cheeses. We will look further into our offering to see if we can improve this. Thank you once more for your feedback, which is most valuable to us, and we hope to welcome you again in the future. 對於許多員工熱心幫忙,真心感謝。 但一晚詢問櫃台人員是否能租借熱水壺, 他直接說我們沒有,你可以去後面買熱水。 隔天向另一位人員詢問,卻馬上熱心的拿給我們。

地點很好,就在車站旁邊。房間很小,尤其是洗手間,很容易碰撞。由於可以在出發前先填好旅客資料及填信用卡作按金,check in及check out都很快捷

曾经住过几次同一家酒店,有很多间房间能听到旁边中央车站路轨发出的噪音。这次和前台工作人员要求安静的房间,给我安排431号房,感到很满意。

在火車站旁,很方便,房間大小適中,很舒服。但等待check-in 時間有點久,酒店旁沒有便利店,酒店賣的水很昂貴,請考慮改善。

非常精巧,沒有熱水壺較不便

地點很棒但是浴室非常不乾淨 枕頭套也有污漬 浴室走水也不太通會積水 第二晚浴室門口腳踏墊也沒有 非常不舒服的住宿

我們只在阿姆斯特丹待一天,ibis Amsterdam Centre 就在中央車站旁邊,很方便。 提前check in 和check out之後都能免費寄放行李。 雖然部分房間橫跨在車站上方, 隱約可聽到火車聲音, 但不影響睡眠。
