We had a nice stay. Check-in took too long. We got a nice room. All fine. Room was very lovely prepared - great start. However, during our stay, coffee mugs were Not replaced, coffee capsules not refilled, empty water bottles not removed. After some days the desk looked like an unclean kitchen with mugs and bottles waiting for removal. Breakfast was great, with a great attentive team! We so much enjoyed it! Gym is ok, with older but working machines. I cannot really compare price levels within Amsterdam, but I would guess that INK is a little bit overpriced for the value+quality provided.

Beautiful hotel very clean everywhere. Very modern and central to shops . Only a short walk from amenities Anne Frank House, Van Gogh Museum and Central Station. Rooms were lovely, very comfortable and all that you could want was provided. Shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer and water to drink. The rooms were cleaned every day and linen changed if required. We did not use the restuarant as it was expensive but the staff were very welcoming and helpful in bar and reception.

What a gem! INK Hotel Amsterdam had me from the moment we walked in, the staff were so genuinely lovely. The location? Couldn’t be better if it tried. You’re basically sitting on the tram line (not literally, but close enough). It made getting around the city an absolute breeze — though honestly, we walked most places because everything was that close. The hotel itself is full of personality – creative, stylish and with just the right amount of quirk. Think cosy with character, like if a boutique magazine editor designed a hotel. One thing to note: no on-site parking, but unless you’re planning to parallel park a canal boat, it’s no drama. The car park entrance is right across the road. HINT… park first then go to Hotel otherwise it will be a nightmare to navigate back to the entrance. Breakfast Buffet was great and had a good variety of options. Barista Coffee can be ordered from staff otherwise there is a coffee machine you can use. Would I stay again? In a heartbeat. INK Hotel has officially earned a spot in my travel favourites. Bravo, team!

The location was perfect close to everything. We did not buy the hotel breakfast it was €29 each for the buffet. The coffee in the room was awful. The bathroom was strange and left no privacy. The bed was comfortable and even found some English channels on the TV. The gym was acceptable altho they could use a fan in there. The front desk staff were amazing. Michele checked us in at 10:30am we were afraid our room wouldn't be ready but they found one! Gentleman at the front desk also helped us buy tickets for a castle tour in a nearby city.

Location of the hotel is superb. About a 5 minute walk from Centraal Station and is a great location to be in for all busy areas, without the hotel area feeling too busy. So many great eateries around, and so many activities to do from here, it’s no time at all to get to the metro and convenient to have tram stops right outside the hotel. The hotel itself, layout and design is slick, super clean, and we thought reasonable for the price given location and general hotel standards. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on food, but for location, this is a super hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.
