Our hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the city centre and opposite of the central train station, from where all national and international trains leave. 酒店服務很好，每天提供房務，大堂有免費咖啡與水供應，職員態度優。惟房間空間略细，雙人大床房要打開兩個大箧有難度，另冼手閒淋浴的擋水設計奇怪，易弄濕整個洗手間地下，及厠所洗手盤去水位漏水。其他方面都很好，會向親友推薦呢。

只有位置好，其他酒店應該有的她都欠奉，入住這家酒店真是不好受。

房間極細小，廁所馬桶和淋浴間的位置設計上絕對有問題，每次沖完涼個馬桶一定會弄濕，每次都要幫她抹。處理厭惡性工作令我好難受。我發誓不會再入住，好可惜未入住此家酒店之前已經再訂了四晚的兩床房。今天到來發現兩床房放床的位置狹窄到將兩床迫埋等同一張床的面積，有被騙之嫌。廁所馬桶洗手盆又是有問題的設計。我不會推介你入住這家酒店。不要來！
