Emplacement des plus intéressants pour un séjour touristique (11 minutes à pied du Chekpoint, 20 du musée de l'histoire juive et du métro). Personnel accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner complet et peu cher. Possibilité de laisser les sacs de voyage avant ou après la réservation. Excellent service de ménage. Nous étions deux, mon enfant de 11 ans et moi pour un séjour de 4 jours, la chambre convenait très bien (1 lit double+1 lit simple). Serviettes, gel douche et sèche cheveux inclus.

Cet hôtel n’est pas top du tout, mais très bien placé pour une venue à l’efm. Le staff n’est pas spécialement sympathique, le pire réceptionniste est Carlos qui est là depuis des années maintenant. Pas un mot gentil, pas un sourire, ni un bonjour ou autre. Si vous n’aimez pas les gens Carlos, arrêtez de bosser en hôtellerie. Le petit dej est cher pour la proposition, les chambres sont de piètre qualité, même pas une boisson, ne serait ce qu’une bouteille d’eau à disposition, une odeur étrange trône dans les étages. Bref, si vous n’avez pas le choix ok sinon passez votre chemin.
