The location was great. The hotel is nice and clean as well as the room. The staff on the first day was very nice and accomodating. I enjoyed my stay there. They cleaned our room everyday and also helped store our luggage. The let us check-in a little early as we had a 14H travel. Thank you very much.

We have just returned from one night in the most wonderful hotel ! Ibis city Shoreditch - what a fantastic place ! Ben. Jose and Abdul plus the night staff went over and above in every way possible to make my husband ( who was 50 ) feel pampered and welcomed . We arrived to his room to find it completely decorated with balloons banners and chocolates and free drink vouchers . Absolutely 💯 made my husbands day. At night - when we had a bit of a crisis with someone in our guest party - the team dealt with us with extreme kindness -letting us charge our phone ( we had left iPhone charger at home !!) All turned out well . The location is excellent -.so close to a Tesco for any snacks if you miss breakfast . They graciously allowed us to have our room for a late check out free of charge due to the crisis at night . It was just so lovely of them to do that . We shall definitely return to this lovely hotel . Clean and modern and perfect in every way . Thank you ! Also bar staff extremely friendly !

My wife, our adult daughter and I stayed a weekend here recently. We had two adjacent rooms. Location is great, right beside Aldgate East Tube, a few hundred metres from Aldgate Tube and walking distance to Liverpool Street Station, Tower of London, and Spitalfields Market (and much more besides). Our rooms were clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. Excellent bar (often unusual in Hotels) with limited but sufficient food offering (if you don't want to avail of the multitude of nearby restaurants). Breakfast buffet was very good and reasonably priced (especially if booked at check-in). All the staff that I encountered were friendly, smiling, efficient and a bonus to this very good hotel.

Otel konum olarak rahat ulaşım sağlıyor. Resepsiyon ve loby bar çok iyi dizayn edilmiş. Resepsiyon çalışanları ilegili ve nazikler. Christian ve Abdu harika insanlar ve çok yardımcı oldular. Odanız harika dekor edilmiş modern ve kullanışlı.(sadece mini buzdolabı yok :( )

Overall a good quality price ratio for London and we would come back. We were satisfied with the size, comfort and cleanliness of the room and cleanliness of the common areas. Breakfast is fine with enough choices although hot porridge was missing which is strange for a UK hotel. Beware of very busy time slots at breakfast, however the staff was quite heroic in emptying tables fast and refilling food so we did not wait too long. The staff at the bar and reception were friendly and helpful, special mention to Ben. Location is excellent, right next to a tube station and with several cafés nearby. Info: to store your luggage, it costs 3 £ per piece (usually 5 £ in central London).
