At fhe beginning when i arrive, i encounter issue with shower head which was not followed up for 3 days. But then, the management team managed to make it up to my by giving en extraordinary service as complimentary due to the issue that i had. Warm regards, Jimmy

well located near COEX mall and subway station, generous staff, but that's all, small shower room, not easy to avoid water out of booth, not clean.. found some black strings (maybe hair, I did not want to see in detail) under the bedding... bedding was dusty, made cough....

Overall, it was a good stay although the style of my room this time was a bit old rather than modern. It was nice to have a wired internet connection as I had to work also. I wished that the hotel had given my friend who visited a free parking for more than 2 hours.
