Clean and modern feel. Good location close to the city centre. Plenty of places to eat nearby if you don’t fancy the hotel food options.

This hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk from the main square so is well located away from any busy activity. Hotel was undergoing some refurbishment so checked in through the adjoining Novotel. Earplugs were provided in the room in case of any loud building work but these weren't necessary. Room was small but perfectly adequate for our trip. It was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean, shampoo and shower gel was provided. Didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on quality of that.

Perfect for our short trip to Krakow.

We have just returned from a 3 night leisure break in the beautiful city of Krakow staying at the Ibis Centrum Hotel. The hotel was perfect for our trip being well located, clean and with comfortable rooms which ensured a good nights' sleep. After two busy sightseeing days visiting the Salt Mines, Auschwitz/Brirkenhau and a trip into the Tatra Mountains we hired the Hotel's bikes on our last day to explore the heart of the city. The service from the hotel was very good and in particularly we would like to single out Magdelena who was efficient, kind and friendly and a credit to her employer. All in all we were glad we stayed in the Ibis Centrum which we felt offered excellent value for money.

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting Krakow. The hotel is near the bus stop where the airport bus stops, also the bus to get to the Salt Mines. It is near Wawel Castle and a 20 minute walk to the main square. The room was nice, quiet, comfortable large bed, lovely shower, tv. There were water dispensers on all floors so no need to be buying bottled water, just refil your own. Staff were lovely and friendly. Rooms could do with a small fridge but I suppose for a budget hotel that would bump up the price. I didn't eat at the hotel but the food looked nice.

Spent 3 nights here. Ideally situated for the castle and the Old Town. On bus route direct from the airport (300) and on tram route too. (no 20) The decor of the hotel is pretty wild, furnishings are very modern and were not to our taste but the room was spotless and though small had everything we would need. A fridge and safe would have been a bonus, but really there was no room and safety deposit boxes were available in reception. Good to have a water cooler in the corridor, especially as the weather was very hot. Fruit was also very welcome. Staff were polite and friendly. There are plenty cafes/ supermarkets nearby if you choose not to eat in the hotel, which we didn't. Little outside seating but parks nearby.
