The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but the bus stop is right in front, which makes getting around easy. I used the hotel mainly for sleeping, so I can't comment on the pools or other amenities. The room was average—nothing special, but adequate. The same goes for the breakfast: fairly basic, nothing remarkable.

Spacious room with comfy bed, big breakfast area with great food, I loved the fresh juice maker! Big parking for buses, good connection to the city centre. Don't want write more just have not enough letters. Think I said all I wanted. And it's still not enough. 🤩

Lovely stay, complications with checkout

The hotel was lovely its self and majority of the staff were lovely except for one female manager who I couldn’t get the name off that was very disrespectful. There was a misunderstanding with the time we wanted to check out at as we would have been on the streets late at night. During speaking with two members of staff, who were lovely, there must of been a misunderstanding with AM and PM which led to a phone call during our nice day out by the manager shouting at my partner about how we was meant to be checked out even though we had agreed something different. The female manger was very rude from the start yet she did accept there was a misunderstanding, she never apologised for her shouting or rudeness and then we had to pay for an extra night due to there mistake. Other than that the bed was lovely and soft, everything was clean and modern. The facilities were also great there was a lovely pool and sauna that was a nice add on. Overall it was a lovely place stay, there just needs to be better communication within the staff.

Okay hotel located about 15-20 minutes from the city square. We stayed for 2 nights and the stay was fine - no major issues. The room is a bit weird - the commode is separate from the main bathing area. Totally separate! Guess it's an advantage when 2-3 people are staying in the room! Room was decently equipped with a kettle for tea/coffee, an empty minibar. Bathroom had soap and shampoo dispensers. An enclosed shower area. Wifi worked fine. Breakfast spread was good. Got a bit crowded as there were 2-3 tourist groups staying at the hotel

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area (despite or possibly because of the waste ground around it which separates it from surrounding buildings). It stands alone in a cleared space and at night the surrounding buildings shine like precious stones gleaming on a black velvet blanket. Room was lovely, staff excellent, food very-high quality, and we had a very lovely stay. High room with beautiful views. Fridge and fast wi-fi. Happy times.
