Our hotel is a historic building in the heart of Munich and therefore, the layout and size of the rooms might differ from modern constructions. While we understand that the size and view from your room didn't meet your expectations, we strive to create a cozy and comfortable atmosphere in each room for our guests to enjoy. As for parking, we understand that it might be inconvenient for our guests. Due to our central location, it can indeed be challenging to provide a private parking space. However, we have several public parking options nearby and our reception staff is always willing to help guests find a suitable option. It's unfortunate to hear that you found our email reminders about check-in and check-out to be tiresome. We send these emails to ensure a smooth process for our guests and to keep them informed, however, we understand that the frequency may have been overwhelming for you.
