Wszystko bardzo w porządku - ocenę obniża jedna sytuacja w restauracji, gdy czekaliśmy na posiłek ponad godzinę i musieliśmy się o niego upomnieć. Pani była bardzo miła, ale nie potrafiła wskazać co się stało, że nie otrzymaliśmy zamówienia. Poza tą jedną sytuacją - idealnie. Wilekie brawa

I stayed four nights in a Superior Suite room and could not have been more pleased. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, with a topnotch bathroom. Everything in the room was clean and worked properly, including the minibar fridge, in-room safe, WiFi, TVs and lighting. Daily housekeeping with free minibar refills was a huge plus nowadays. The decor was modern and pleasant. The staff were helpful and friendly, including the housekeepers, front desk, bar and breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was very nice with an excellent array of offerings & a wonderful coffee & hot chocolate machine. This hotel is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, adjacent to a tram line & only a few minutes to the main train station & Nymphenburg Palace. Also just a few minutes down the street to the Augustiner Keller. A great place to stay while visiting Munich.

We stayed here for three nights and were very happy. The hotel is located right on the 16&17 tram lines which take you directly to the city centre while the S Bahn stop that brings you directly from the airport is only a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is generally what you would expect of a Novotel. Overall a thumbs up from us.
