We were treated to an overnight stay at Ibis at the docklands so we could tour the London sights and it was a well chosen location. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who was professional, friendly and courteous. We asked him some questions about the local area and he was honest with us. He couldn't do enough for us, as he handed us the key cards to our rooms which were a very swish wooden style card - interesting! We spent the night in the bar putting back snacks and hot drinks. It was comfortable and reasonably priced. The room was amazing. A lovely, if busy, red and cream design. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed well maintained. If you find yourselves down at the dockyard, I think this is a very good option as, for us, it couldn't have been improved. Good find!

We have had amazing experience in Ibis Excel London Docklands hotel during Christmas season, staying in the room 543. We were fully accomodated with the room with lovely river room, and got late check out. From the first impressions, everyone at reception was so polite,knowledgeable and helpful especially Asfand and Hathim who made our staying amazing. Sully and Andrei from the breakfast restaurant were so attentive, caring and great, making sure that we are feeling comfortable throughout our staying. Thank you all team.

Enjoyed our stay! Everyone was helpful…from front desk to housekeeping. Sully was helpful during breakfast. Location may be out of Central London but easily accessible by metro, cable car or even Uber boat!
