Our hotel stay was very nice. Room/bathroom was clean. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Sully, who worked in the restaurant area was very friendly and polite. He provided lots of ideas for the rest of our trip.

Overnight Stay - Comfortable and Welcoming

We were treated to an overnight stay at Ibis at the docklands so we could tour the London sights and it was a well chosen location. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who was professional, friendly and courteous. We asked him some questions about the local area and he was honest with us. He couldn't do enough for us, as he handed us the key cards to our rooms which were a very swish wooden style card - interesting! We spent the night in the bar putting back snacks and hot drinks. It was comfortable and reasonably priced. The room was amazing. A lovely, if busy, red and cream design. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed well maintained. If you find yourselves down at the dockyard, I think this is a very good option as, for us, it couldn't have been improved. Good find!
