Big thank you to the restaurant team at Novotel Excel for making a recent agent dinner a successful and tasty event! Not to forget the venue itself - with a nice view across the river and a pleasant, stylish design it was the perfect setting for our dinner.

Located in a most convenient area with easy access to Tube lines and cable cars, this hotel offers top quality hotel services. Clean and comfortable rooms , rich breakfast and above all friendly staff. Very happy to have brought my students and I certainly recommend it for school groups.

I had a lovely meal in the bar during my stay. Really tasty and filling. My hostess was olga and she was very attentive, friendly and efficient. An asset to the hotel. Bar staff were great, very knowledgeable and able to tell me all the local options. Everytime I come to a conference I try and stay here and I'm never disappointed.

Great location. Nearest train station within walking distance with luggage is Customs House with excellent access on the Elizabeth line to Heathrow terminals. Also convenient if you arrive at London City airport just catch the bus 443 for 4 stops. Breakfast buffet was included with plenty of variety. Staff at Reception were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities including a tea/coffee machine and safe.

Klea was 10/10. The best service I’ve ever had. Nothing was never too much to ask for and great personality. I had a great meal and it was all thanks to Klea. We had a table of 10 as we were here for dinner and the whole order was correct which you’ll be surprised how often people mess that up with such a large table. The hotel room is great. Breakfast is good.
