Excellent location for a short stay

Excellently located hotel within 6-7 mins walk from the airport and a bus stop outside for quick access to the city centre (transport is free in Luxembourg). Check in was relatively easy and is done at the main Ibis hotel next door. Staff were very good and accommodating and speak many languages. I had continental breakfast included which was more than adequate from a limited choice. Rooms are small and a light in the ceiling by the bathroom and separate toilet would be a most valuable addition. Maybe a tea/coffee making facilities in bedrooms.

We're also pleased that you appreciated the easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop right outside our hotel for quick trips to the city center. Regarding your comments about the rooms, we acknowledge your concerns. Our rooms are designed to be compact and functional, in line with the ibis Budget concept. We apologise if the room size did not meet your expectations. As for the lighting, we appreciate your suggestion about adding a ceiling light near the bathroom and toilet areas. We're always looking for ways to enhance our guests' comfort, and we'll certainly take this feedback into consideration for future improvements. Concerning in-room amenities, while we don't currently offer tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms, we do have vending machines available in our communal areas for drinks and snacks. Nonetheless, we're thrilled to hear that you found our staff to be accommodating. Our multilingual team takes pride in providing excellent service to our guests. I was double charged, nobody answer my emails and the phone always is busy . In a hostel the service is better

AtlasAdventured recommends this budget hotel in Luxembourg! Its prime location, right across from the airport and just a 10 minute drive to the city center, makes it incredibly convenient. The rooms, though compact, are spotless and well-maintained. Our daughter loved the bunk bed, adding a fun touch to our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the gated parking lot added a sense of security. Coffee and breakfast options are available in the lobby, though we didn't get to try them. This hotel offers great value for a quick stopover. The proximity to the airport and ample private parking make it a convenient choice for travelers. Whether you're here for a short visit or a longer stay, this hotel is an excellent option for getting around Luxembourg.

For an Ibis Budget it wasn’t terrible

It’s at the airport so about 20 min bus trip to town, however all public transport is free in Luxembourg. The room was bigger than expected with a seperate bedroom for the kids. Free parking. Other than that it was what you would expect of an ibis budget.

Wow! For the past few months I’ve been coming out and staying in different hotels - this one is the best! Clean room, hot hot shower, lovely staff, exceptional evening meal menu just next door in the standard ibis (kitchen open until late), transport ease.. this will be my hotel of choice moving forward!! The two hotels are connected so you’re using all the same facilities I’ve loved my stay and really appreciate the work of all of the staff and chefs! Super, thankyou I recommend bringing some change for the snacks/drinks vending.. no complaints.. for the price of the stay, I’m happy to get extras!
