A very convienient location to the small town & the castle. All the staff at Ibis from frontdesk to housekeeping are warm , friendly & helpful. Special thanks to Stefan at reception who processed our check in & assisted us in every way during our stay

Hotel in a very good situation for sightseeing on foot. Rooms very comfortable and well provided. Very friendly reception staff. Breakfast buffet is provided in the restaurant n tje first floor. Also there is a bar with snacks in the reception area with plenty of seating. 24 hour reception.

Great Hotel in the best location, situated next to the castle. Rooms basic but very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. There's a lovely little coffee shop across from the hotel which was very handy and the old town is less than a 5 minute walk. Really enjoyed my stay here and Bratislava, it's a beautiful city.

The room was stuffy and warm despite it being 13 degrees outside and having the window open all the night. We made sure when booking that it had air con but it doesn’t, it only has fan heating. The bathroom smells like chemicals/mould. Honestly the worst sleep I have ever had in my life.

I am very pleased with the friendly, proactive and excellent customer services that the hotel staffs had shown. Upon my first day of arrival till the end of my stay, period 4Apr-12Apr23, the staffs have been maintaining their professionalism. Particularly one staff named Stefan who had outshine and impressed me a lot. Stefan was helpful and eager to serve his hotel guest. His smiles and good mannerisms had made me felt welcome and I wanna revisit Bratislava again.
