Terrible terrible service & very Rude. I understand you don’t speak English but you don’t need to be so rude about it. First they scam you thru want you to pay for price again & ask you if you pay cash cheaper, so I told them it’s already pay for, then he was looking at computer for so long thinking well how could get cash from us. Then next ask to pay protection fees so I said no I already pay credit card. Then 2 managers are so rude talking to each in French so loud that you know they are talking bad about you in front of you. No recommendations on this rude management. Please look at every review about this hotel. Thanks.

If you are looking for a no-frills hotel nearish the airport, then this place is as good as any. We paid €36.70 for 1 night stay (no extra tourist tax paid) and we got a room with 2 single beds and a basin. The room is small, but ok to just go there for a sleep. It has a tv too, but we didn't use it. We arrived late, someone was at the reception to give us the card (I think we used room 123, from memory) and we went to the room. We didn't have a bathroom, but there were 3 WCs and 2 shower rooms on the floor and used those with no issues. There were 2 big towels in the room (no soap), so remember to have some soap with you (we did), if you want to wash your hands, take a shower or whatever. The room looked renovated and we had no issues really.

I know they say “I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy,” but I would definitely wish this on them. I was appalled by this place and tried to get into two different hotels. I don’t know how I managed to not investigate this place. I guess I saw the price and how close it was to the airport (although still €20 taxi ride) and just booked it. It was very last minute. The toilets and showers are in the hall and there are only two per floor. Someone had been smoking in one of the toilets and there was wet toilet paper on the floor for 24 hrs. It felt like a port-o-potty. My window had some sort of cover that made it feel like a prison cell. The concrete walls didn’t help. And they didn’t leave a simple bar of soap in the room next to the sink. I guess if you were desperate it works as a way to keep the rain off your head, but yuck - I stayed in so many nice and comfortable places during my month in Europe. What a way to end things!

Good hotel for a quick layover or reaching CDG late at night. We booked the biggest room available with private bathroom. Bathroom was small but does its job (think plane bathroom with extended shower space). Hotel was also a few mins walk away from a mall, Aéroville with lots of food choices. Shuttle was also available for price of €3 per trip per person to/from CDG Airport.

Stayed during a heatwave. Chose this hotel because of the location near my meetings and because it was recently renovated. The description clearly stated the room had AC but there was no AC. Spoke to the assistant at the reception counter and he explained there is no AC, but the hotel has a chill system. I explained that whatever it was installed was not working, upon which the assistant told me "in France, AC is opening the window". I must have laughed hard. And opening a window on an ainport hotel is lucricrous because of the... airplanes landing! Eventually his superior reimbursed me for the second night and I moved to another Accor hotel. Also: I am ok with staying at frugal places. But this is low for Accor. The room is so small that I had no space to open my luggage. If I opened the window, it would bang my head if I lie of the bed. Also: pubic hairs on shower towels. Don't stay here unless you are ok with this in advance and REALLY need the location. - 1 star for the hotel. Not good enough even for the lowest Accor tier. - 5 stars for the manager: the hotel manager is super nice and professional. He relentlessly helped me with the new booking. Hence the 2 stars in my review.
