Do yourself a favour and never stay here. We were provided this accommodation by Virgin Australia due to delayed flights for 2 nights. The taxi driver made us worried when he said not sure why anyone would stay here. Upon arrival the receptionist advised the hotel was surrounded by freeways and you had to get a taxi to go anywhere. There was nothing in the reception area except for a basic breakfast. We looked at our rooms and were disgusted, the rooms were mouldy and smelly with bars on windows , carpets dirty, Hair in showers, one of the room door didn't lock and for the first time ever I left the accommodation and stayed elsewhere.

Expected the room to be basic which was fine however could still have been more comfortable. Sadly disappointed with accomodation as bathroom needed a really good scrub as very dirty. The bathroom had not even had a wipe over. Bed mattress needs replacing, lumpy and whenever rolling over the springs would pop. Not much sleep Arrived late and Reception person friendly and welcoming on arrival. Unable to let them know about bathroom or mattress on departure as reception area closed (Anzac day)

I advised of our late arrival due to our flight being delayed. I received an email saying I would be sent a code for the safe where I would find my key, however on arrival at the hotel I had not received any message. There were approximately 5 other families who had also not received their messages. After calling the out of hours number we were then given the safe code and found our key, but there was no room number on it so we had to call the number again. When we eventually got into our room which was tiny but clean we found there was only 1 individual milk portion and no tea bags, other than Earl Grey also the fridge had not been emptied from the previous occupants.

Its okay if u are trans. But for u to give me attatude and i did nothing to u is not on. Also had a do not open door on my door amd was walked in on by the clenaer why i was nakerd on the bed having a good time. All other times where good under the old.maneger now is crap.
